A nice Hampton Roads visit! We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton River Retreat Deluxe! It's an older home (like the rest of the neighborhood) with close neighbors, but the amenities were complete and up to date, everything was clean and functional, and we found it quiet and comfortable. As a base the location could be better--it's a bit tucked away with only one way in and out of the neighborhood. But being right on the river was a treat, and getting to I-64 or Mercury Blvd wasn't bad. Thanks very much--would definitely stay again!

Exceptional My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the house itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Virginia Get Away The house is very nice and very clean. The manager worked quickly to fix a concern with the second floor AC unit. The property manager was kind and very helpful. The house is in the Pasture Point Neighborhood, that is located around the Hampton Courthouse. It’s also close to Fort Monroe. A lot of history in this area.

Great property owner. We had a great time! There were a couple of hiccups but the property owner went way above and beyond to rectify the issues. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Place This house is very spacious and the decor of this house is very nice. The house offers 3 bedrooms upstairs. The house has 2 whole baths one upstairs and one downstairs, which is great. On the Vrbo commercial they say "The thing that's different about a Vrbo vacation home, you always have the place to yourself." However, this is not so true for this house. The property owner was at a house right in the back yard of of this vacation house. SO Vrbo YOU MIGHT NEED TO CHANGE YOUR COMMERCIAL, BECAUSE MY FAMILY WAS NOT ALONE. THE PROPERTY OWNER OF THE VACATION HOME WAS RIGHT WITH US. AND SENSE THIS IS THE CASE THE PROPERTY OWNER SHOULD SAY IN THE LISTING THAT THEY WILL BE ON SITE OF THE VACATION HOME IN THE LISTING.
