Easy to get to, clean, and friendly staff. We were disappointed, after a long day of travel, that the pool was closed for cleaning. Also, breakfast isn’t served till 7 on the weekends, which meant we missed out on that too (early start to continue our trip). We would stay again, but only if we planned a later start.

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and fresh but not a lot of healthy options like plain yogurt / granola or fresh fruit.

We enjoyed this nice clean comfortable hotel. Only gripe is the room key failed three times during our stay so we had to go down and have it reprogrammed. (It wasn’t caused by being next to a cell phone.) Also it would be great if the city would put some sidewalks between the hotel and the grocery store nearby. The only disappointing thing about our stay is that my husband has a dairy allergy and they only had cheese and egg omelette. When I asked if they could make just an egg omelette they stated they could not because it was not on the menu of food they were not allowed to cook. Don’t believe it was the staff’s fault but disappointing that they have regulations like this. There is many people with dairy allergies. Entering else was wonderful. Staff, cleanliness and overall every other experience was pleasant.

Requested a room on first floor due to inability to walk far, was given a room on 4th floor at farthest from elevator. Ran hot water in shower for 5 minutes, water was cold. Called front desk & they called maintenance. After another 30 minutes, called back down to front desk and was informed maintenance said no one else was having a problem, so there was no problem. Had to let water run another 15 minutes to get any hot water. Nice staff, great location, but will not be returning to stay at property in future. I would request that my cancelation fee for December stay be removed. This property isnt concerned about meeting my needs.

So one of the treadmills wouldn’t work and the staff didn’t have a clue on how to help me. I called the front desk at 8 pm and no one answered. So I had to go all the way down to the front desk and she was there on her phone. In the room we had an iron but no ironing board. At breakfast I had 1 bowl of cereal and then they took the cereal away. There was over an hour left for breakfast and I wanted more cereal.
