The east lot features the house and private dock for fishing & fun in the sun! There are bumpers on westside of dock for you to secure your boat during the day. The lake house offers two furnished bedrooms with queen beds, a living room with sleeper sofa, a separate entry/sun room that can be blocked off for sleeping which includes a sleeper sofa, and a 43" smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, and blue-ray DVD player available). A single bathroom with shower. The Kitchen is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. A dining room table overlooking views of the lake with seating for 6. The deck boasts 16X21ft with Adirondack chairs, gas grill, and outdoor patio seating and chairs.Being right on the lake means you have access to our 40ft dock where you can spend your days fishing, or jumping into the lake to cool off on a hot summer day! 8+ Fishing poles available. If someone is allergic to animals, you may want to consider a different home to rent. This is also a family friendly neighborhood with great neighbors who have young children and friendly pets. These kids and pets run around the neighborhood and are fun to interact with. Children ages range between 2 to 8. As this is our home away from home, we ask that you treat our house as your own and leave it in the condition you would want to return to your house in :) our cleaning fee only covers the initial cleaning for your arrival.
