downtown確實有點亂，遠離downtown非常清凈。前台也挺有禮貌的，入住一切都挺順利。房間挺乾淨的。

幾年前住的時候喜歡這個地方,還是極好的,下高速也不算太遠。房間條件完美,工作人員很友好,住的很舒服。沒有免費早餐,但隔壁有一家丹尼。酒店一部分的高檔運動酒吧,服務很棒。而且如果需要什麼,停車場對面有沃爾瑪。我很樂意再次流浪到這裏。

一個很棒的酒店。太有趣了!!所有房間都是以意大利語命名的;我住在帕瓦羅蒂房間,有一個熱水浴缸。幸福!!

We got married and chose this hotel to stay at - myself and my husband, and our bridal parties. We had an excellent stay! Check in was smooth, the hotel parking fills up fast but the parking pass works for spots outside that for the rest of the mall parking too. We stayed in the suite which was very clean and luxurious, perfect for getting ready the morning of. Club lounge access was great, breakfast spread was better than I thought with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, fruit and more. All fresh and well made, not like your usual disappointing hotel breakfast. Shoutout to the lady working there too she was lovely. We did our first look in the lobby on the grand staircase which was unplanned but ended up being perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly housekeeping who found a few lost items we left behind after checking out. They held onto them until we drove back the next day. I so so appreciate this! Only complaint I have is with security who did absolutely NOTHING while my friend and I were being harassed by a strange man on the sidewalk with our bags. He stood there awkwardly while I yelled at the guy who thankfully was not dangerous but I expect security to be more effective. Overall would recommend! Clean, good sized well furnished rooms. Set back from the road and quiet, lots of parking. Has a small indoor pool and a small fitness centre. Nice lobby with small restaurant. I enjoyed my stay, convenient for the airport, museum and most Hamilton attractions and easy enough to get to Niagara falls area.
