Ich bin sofort wieder abgereist. Der Teppich ist komplett dreckig. Im Bad steht das Wasser und die Fliesen fallen fast von der Wand. Man hat mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was nicht viel besser war. Als ich meinen Unmut äußerte, wurde mir gesagt ich soll doch nächstes Mal ein 5 Sterne Hotel buchen. Ich finde auch für 3 Sterne kann man ein sauberes Zimmer erwarten und 120€ ist jetzt auch nicht unbedingt super günstig! Ich werde dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen. Dachte so einen Standard gibt es in Deutschland gar nicht mehr.

空港のターミナルからは思いの外距離があり、小さいスーツケースを転がしながら、約20分歩きます。 スーパーが近所にあるので食材の買い出しには困りませんが部屋に冷蔵庫がありませんでした。 ホテルサイト経由の予約あるあるなのですが、男性２名ダブルベッドでひと晩明かすことになりました（笑） 朝食はとても美味しかったです。シャワーの圧もしっかりありました。

La donna in servizio alla reception molto maleducata. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile una wake up call e mi ha detto di no. Quando le dissi che la cosa mi sorprese abbastanza perché è un servizio che fanno tutti gli hotel del mondo, ha iniziato a dirmi che non è cosi, e che se lo avesse fatto è solo per aiutarmi!! Le ho detto che ho pagato 100 euro per una notte per avere un minimo.di servizio..e la signora ha iniziato a dirmi che erano solo 96 euro e ha iniziato ad insultarmi! Mi ha chiuso pure il telefono mentre stavo ancora parlando..mai piu!

Positive: - Good location (about 8 min with taxi to the airport or 35 min walk) - Free wifi Neutral: - Breakfast was okay. Not good, not terrible. Few warm options, mostly bread, cereal etc. Negative: - Room condition was quite bad. A carpet that covered the entire room (didn’t seem to have been changed for a looong time with stains on it). Half of the electricity ports didn’t work. I was placed in the basement so didn’t have windows except a tiny one which wasn’t see-through. Bathroom was okay though. - Long check-in time, about 30-40 min (there was no queue). Summary: You will survive if you stay there for 1 night or short layover. But there are probably better options.

Wir waren 1 Nacht zu Gast. Freundliches Personal und das Zimmer war sehr sauber wie der Rest des Hotels auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Aufgrund einer fehlerhaften Doppelbelegung durch die Rezeption wurde mein Zimmerschlüssel decodiert, weshalb ich nachts nicht mehr in mein Zimmer hineinkam, das ich bereits am Nachmittag bezogen hatte. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, die Notfallnummer nicht erreichbar, ich musste die Nacht daher in der Lobby verbringen. Das erste Hotelpersonal, das morgens gegen 6h erschien, um das Frühstück zu richten war nicht gewillt zu helfen. Die Rezeption ist morgens erst ab 8 h besetzt! Erst dann konnte ich wieder in mein Zimmer gelangen, um meine Habseligkeiten zu holen, mein 8h-Termin war damit nicht zu halten. Die versprochene Rückerstattung des Hotelpreises habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten, auch keine Reaktion auf meine schriftliche Nachfrage. Due to an incorrect double booking of my room by the reception, my room key was decoded, so I could not get into my room at night, which I had already moved into during the afternoon. The reception was not staffed, the emergency number was not available, so I had to spend the night in the lobby. The first hotel staff that appeared in the morning around 6 AM to fix breakfast was not willing to help. The reception is only staffed from 8 AM in the morning! Only then could I get back to my room to collect my belongings, my 8AM appoin**ent was thus impossible to keep. The promised refund of the room charges I have not received to this day, nor any response to my written complaint.

Un parking à 7 euros alors qu il était ouvert à tous vent pas de barrière le petit déjeuner prévu et inclus dans le tarif n à pas eu lieu ce dimanche matin à 8 heure il n y avait personne à la réception les appels téléphoniques sont restés sans réponse idem à l interphone après nous avons dû abandonner comme beaucoup d’autres le réceptionniste est apparue en disant qu’il ne pouvait rien faire bravo
