Enjoy our outdoor deck and take less than 100 steps to the private beach on the shores of Lake Erie with a great view of the downtown Buffalo skyline. This property includes central air-conditioning, three-parking spots and washer/dryer.----Our home was renovated and remodeled in 2021. Our bedrooms are situated with one king-size guestroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs: (1) king-size guestroom with lakeview and (1) double-size trundle with full-size crib guestroom.
