Das 3-Sterne-Hotel hat uns insgesamt wegen des eigenen Parkplatzes, der guten Ausstattung des sehr freundlichen Rezeptionsservices und des sehr guten Frühstücksangebotes gut gefallen. Besonders loben möchten wir das gute und leckere Frühstücksbuffet und den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Küchenmitarbeiter und die kostenlose 24-Stunden Kaffee- und Teestation im Aufenthaltsraum. Auch das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Negativ möchten wir die fehlende Zimmerreinigung bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt hervorheben. Nur an einem Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, als ich es ausdrücklich an der Rezeption erbeten hatte. Obwohl ein gutes Trinkgeld mit einem Zettel "Thank You" im Zimmer lag wurde es in den nächsten Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht einmal der Mülleimer geleert. Schade!

Our family had a very nice stay. Quiet, comfortable and a great breakfast! Friendly staff. We have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 yrs.

There were ants all over the floor. When we notified the staff, they offer bug spray. We had to insist on room change. We checked out early instead.

Hot water could have been hotter and a little more parking spots otherwise, excellent start and stay staff and super clean

April Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. The hotel is very clean. Loved the flowers on the tables in the breakfast area. Enjoyed the pool; it was a perfect temperature.

Luck of the draw Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful! Location was convenient. Breakfast was good with a wide variety and nice dining room. Stayed four nights but only had two good sleeps. First night was awakened at 5:00 am by a loud mechanical clicking sound in the wall that repeated every minute or two. Also had late night noisy neighbors on one side and above. Staff was very helpful and moved us to another room on top floor which was much quieter night two. Third night again had noisy neighbors into the wee hours (soundproofing between rooms could be better). Fourth night was quiet and peaceful. Ask for an upper floor room and hope the neighbors are considerate!
