紐堡之家民宿(Newburgh House Bed & Breakfast)

A lovely bed and breakfast in a beautiful rural location but also not far places to visit. It's a little dated but this adds to the charm. We had a large room and bathroom, lots of space, with views over the pretty garden, the chicken run, and the fields out the front. It was very clean, with the tea tray refreshed every morning and fresh milk and brownie bites provided. The bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, when away. A very helpful host and breakfast was delicious especially the fresh eggs! The only thing I'm not keen on is having to choose the night before, as I never know what I want then. But I can see why it's done. Overall a lovely 2 nights stay and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful venue in North yorks and absolutely 2 of the nicest people i have ever met running it. Made us feel welcome from minute one until we departed. Wonderful food,very clean and me and my fiance bev had a wonderful time and 100% would recommend it to everyone. Best wishes in the future to Ryan and Andy from paul and bev.

Oh my goodness what a beautiful village and a fantastic quaint tea room. The tables were set beautifully and the service 10/10. We had fizz to start, followed by the most amazing afternoon tea we’ve ever had. The quiche melted in your mouth all handmade, the cakes were outstanding. Please go on the bake off as everything was outstanding. We will be returning and informing our family and friends of our amazing experience and your hospitality. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon.

Chris**as treat from my daughter saw us coming here for afternoon tea. The ambience of this place was lovely as was the food and coffee. The owner was attentive and welcoming. Would come here again if in the area and may even stop overnight next time and try the bed and breakfast.

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing afternoon tea. Lots of home cooked, fresh treats. Sandwiches, scones, quiche, cakes and treats. Endless tea and coffee (and fizz)! Attentive hosts, lovely view of the gardens and space and time to chat and catch up. All round lovely afternoon!

My friend and I went as a birthday gift from my son and daughter in law today 15th September 2023.We were made SO very welcome a table overlooking the garden through French windows.The afternoon tea was simply the best presented I have ever encountered so loved it here.Very highly recommend!

Decided to drop in for tea and a baked snack while touring North Yorkshire. Both of which were spot-on. Andy showed us around and described the work they had done to make a charming, historic B&B. Well worth either stopping for tea or staying the night.

From arrival to departure we received a first class service from Andy and Ryan. Perfectionists in everything from the cleanliness of the bedrooms, the service, warm and friendly a**osphere and food is second to none. We will be returning again and plan to bring others with us! The location is perfect, not too far from York and surrounding villages and a great countryside feel escape. The service was incredible and you are made to feel very special throughout your stay and this was echoed to every visitor who stayed. We spoke to other visitors who felt the same way. The food portions are generous and incredible value for money. This was our first visit, but it won’t be our last! Thank you both so much! Mark and Lyza Williamson

Stopped in for afternoon tea. Lovely spot. Food was great and homemade to boot. Such a welcoming place for a spring day. Definitely worth coming back. Made friends with Oberon the 3 legged battle cat.
