mình ra hạ long lần nào cũng book khách sạn này để ở. rất thích cách phục vụ của nhân viên và cách nói chuyện của anh quản lí. vị trú khách sạn ở trung tâm thành phố nên rất gần các khu vui chơi hay địa điểm du lịch nổi tiếng. bộ phận lễ tân cũng hay gợi ý địa điểm nên đến cho mình, điều này khiến mình cảm thấy chuyến đi của mình được trọn vẹn hơn.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Excellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.

酒店安排的房間，視野還不錯，可以看到下龍灣遊樂區的全景，酒店對面即是下龍灣夜市，晚餐也很方便。還有早餐以及人員服務也很滿意。唯獨房間的地毯感覺太髒了，這是可以改善的地方。

最初我們預訂了3天 但後來我們很喜歡這個地方,所以我們又延長了10天 延長後,他們給了我們美味的餅乾,水果,並在牀上放了鮮花裝飾 我們預訂了一個臥室單元。他們給了我們一整棟房子,有四間臥室,但把另外三間鎖上了,所以我們留了一個很大的空間。房間每天都打掃乾淨。這個單位很大,它甚至在房子的前面和後面有一個花園,這是我最喜歡的特色花園和植物生活都維護得很好,在度假村周圍,使它如此寧靜和平靜。不同的鳥參觀樹木,從陽台上可以看到。度假村離海灘很近,可以走一小段路到達。有健身房,設備很多。還有兩個大池子,一個可以看到岸邊。你也可以借一輛踏板自行車,你可以在鎮上漫步。電視上有電影頻道,我丈夫和我每晚都看他們的洗衣機沒有烘乾功能,但沒有費用,他們可以借給我們洗衣架很多衣架和夾子,我可以吹乾我們乾淨的溼洗衣 當然有一些事情可以改進。像地面地毯需要清潔,淋浴需要更多的水壓。但除此之外,對於3800PH比索一晚,這是偷!退房時,他們再次給我們美味的餅乾作爲外賣。所有的工作人員都是可愛的人。我們在整個住宿中都受到了很好的對待。當我們回到下龍時,我一定會再次選擇這個地方。

The staff are excellent, the environment is great, and the surrounding landscape and public security are very good. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would like to thank Ms. Hao for her warm hospitality. The chef in the restaurant on the fourth floor of the hotel is also very good, and we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast there! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay perfect

The scene was so beautiful with mountain backdrops and peaceful design. There are many options for soaking with different temperatures & setting. The amenities were clean, well kept, and plentiful. The staff were polite & helpful. The lunch buffet offered many hot & cold options. We really enjoyed the Himalayan heat rock & the cold room. We were told it was not as busy compared to the weekends or Holidays, but it was hard to truly relax in the common area, especially the soaking area. It appeared that keeping quiet reminder was not re-enforced by the staff. There were so many guests who conversed so loudly. We had to request these guests several times to respect the keep quiet rule in the steam rooms. In addition, we found it quite regretful witnessing many guests spitting everywhere, not respecting the shared environment. We also saw several guests in inappropriate attire- a few men just wore their underwear instead of the required swim trunk/suit. We found the beautiful environment being tainted by people who disrespected common courtesy which was not re-enforced for the full experience. We will need to re-consider going back.

Very nice hotel. Clean and the staff were very helpful. Mr Cuong was extremely helpful with booking tours. The weather was good aswell as the food. The hotel was very accessible for the bay tours and the bars. The local beer was quite enjoyable aswell.
