My family had a pleasant stayed at this hotel in June 2023. Nice, clean modern hotel. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Money at (front desk) for her patient during check in and check out. Highly recommend!

大廳、房間、泳池、酒吧設施都非常的有質感 家族、情侶、朋友的好選擇 附近也有超市跟餐廳 重點是露天泳池的view非常好 也是少數下龍灣很新的飯店 大力推薦，下次還會考慮再住這間飯店❤️

First and foremost, the service at front desk is exceptional. Reason for this is...I left my wallet in a limousine while inbound to the hotel. The limo booking agent said she talked to the driver who said nothing was left in the van. The front desk agent talked to a few people and bam she had it delivered to the hotel. Total gansta. Room is beautiful and clean. Beds very comfy with nice pillow options.

Mình đi du lịch cùng bạn bè 2/8 - 4/8/2024 đặt 2 phòng dulaex cho 2 đôi, giá cả cũng rẻ, dịch vụ các thứ không có thứ gì để chê, phòng ốc xịn xò, lễ tân và các chị nhân viên đều nhiệt tình, thoải mái... buffet ăn sáng ngon và đầy đủ... Vựa Hải Sản Bãi Cháy liên kết với nhà hàng ăn rất xứng đáng với số tiền bỏ ra, ngon, giá cả vừa phải,.. mọi thứ tư vấn + phục vụ nhiệt tình... Nếu đi hạ long lần nữa thì vẫn chọn khách sạn này.. tổng kết lại là hài lòng

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

Excellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.
