This is a sad property, more of a Guesthouse /Lodge than a Hotel.
The list of downsides is endless. But the staff is warm and helpful. I would have given 1*, but gave 2* because of staff.
No road access; park near main road and a taxi ferries you on a dirt offroading track with boulders on the track.
Tacky room decor. Room main door locks are not operational with card. Washroom has overpowering bad smell. Internet not working, Wifi is just for show. TV remote does not work. Missing supplies to make Tea in room kettle.

Very nice and peaceful environment of this property hotel really a comfortable stay in manali and special thanks to one *** army food delivery boy Mr.Rahul from Jammu who is giving very good service and really enhanced our experience. And he offer for Jammu zone hotel also , we will definitely come for him. Thank you

Not trustworthy. We booked for 4 days directly by paying 50% advance but were told 1 day before that resort is overbooked, so refunded, be careful while booking here Location maybe good, the Managervwas Courteous but seems property is mismanaged
