The room was sub par, there were drink circles on the counters and bedside, a big chip out of the sink, the TV was slow to change channels and there was no guide. That was okay but having the concierge take her license plate number and information about our car and giving us a parking pass then waking up in the morning to hurry to my business unveiling to a boot on my car. The on-duty manager was difficult by saying well who checked you in and we said the Asian woman with an accent checked us in and took our information and said we had an hour to put the pass in the window, we went upstairs we unpacked we used the bathroom we had a shower and we went out and put the parking pass in the window from the passenger side at 3:20 after checking in after 2:30. The acting manager told us she was a professional and does not make mistakes and that we should have put the parking pass in the window. Not happy to have to deal with a tow company over an issue that could have been resolved if she did her job right and didn't make a mistake, if she had taken our license information correctly when the boot company called the hotel they would not have put the boot on but they did not record any of our information about the license plate number make a model of the car. Having the staff call me a liar is a crap way to treat a customer, telling me that she does not make mistakes when nobody is perfect including myself is crappy. The acting manager could have said something along the lines of you

We were surprised at the overall terrible quality of this hotel. The AC in the rooms is broken. The rooms are dated and in poor condition. Cleanliness is lacking. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay unless you ask for it and getting more than two towels is difficult. Parking is an empty lot down the street with gravel and mud. Definitely would not recommend especially at the rates that they charge.

The AC was broken down and it was extremely hot on the 8th floor. They said they would bring a fan, but when we got to our room, they said they had run out of fans. We are a family of 5, who had to evacuate our homes (like countless others) so other hotels were all completely sold out. Otherwise, we would have left. The couch in the room was filthy. The elevator broke down We found different accommodations and left early the next morning No compensation for our $500 stay. I would never stay here again, or recommend it!

For a Doubletree this property was a huge disappointment. I did not get the original room I booked when I asked at the front desk they said it was and I would have to call ******* but they did not have any other rooms available. I went to the App and they did have other rooms available. I booked the original room for the larger sleeper sofa. I booked a second room to have reasonable sleep space. When we were able to check into the room it was one of the rooms I originally booked which I was told they did not have. The manager was helpful with a partial refund but this did not need to even happen. I ended up spending double. The air conditioning was not working in either room and their only solution was two small table top fans. Parking is ridiculous. It is a small gravel lot that several times was full.

Very expensive for very average accommodations, issues with wifi, cold shower, and a very dark room

Somewhat faded. Room had several missing / broken parts. Sink plugged. Staff were not knowledgeable about basic things. Ie reported bathroom sink didn’t drain and they asked if it was something that could wait until we checked out.

The rooms were huge! Great for a family with a separate living room area. Great service from the front desk. Dinner at the restaurant was a bit lackluster but breakfast was great!

Excellent checkin experience and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean spacious and very nice
