Excelente hotel. Magnifica estadia. Lo unico fue el lavamanos que estaba tapado. De resto un hotel para estar con tu pareja o familia. Te sientes cono en un cuento de hadas.

Staff very nice
Restaurant we had soup for dinner was cold
Breakfast they gave us the wrong food
Walls are very thin could hear allot especially someone getting sick all night . Things happen but
overall it was A very nice place to stay .

It is real nice comfortable place to stay. Very clean rooms and warm. The pantry for coffee and tea. Is wonderful idea.

The resort is very well maintained, spot clean and newly renovated. The restaurant has many options and the breakfast was complimentary. We didn’t use the outside heated pool but it was open.
As commonly in this area, when the hot water was used in multiple locations, the temperature wasn’t high enough for a shower. Other than that, we will definitely return.

The resort is nicely located with great Mountain View’s. It was neat and clean and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. Very good restaurant and lively bar!

Loved the property and the dining room. The beds were not too comfortable and the sheets felt and sounded like sandpaper. There is very little sound proofing, so it was rather loud all night both nights. Otherwise, it is a lovely place. Love the coffee/water areas in each floor and the lobby in the morning was very cozy with a cup of coffee.

Very nice, clean and relaxing. Room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Great bathroom with an excellent shower. The Ledges Restaurant was excellent all around. Joe our waiter was superb, food was delicious. Amenities are nice. The pool was heated and the temperature was perfect, the hot tub could use a bit of repair but still a positive experience and the sauna and fitness room were all lovely. An over all pleasant stay. We will return.
