Everything is very clean, the employees are very attentive to all your needs, they explain everything to you. In truth, I am very grateful to the manager Rubén who has given very special attention to all of us and to all the guests. The rooms are very clean.

Worst hotel in my whole life. Terrible, lousy music beneath the windows in the street till late in the night, shaking the walls. Just to make it worse, the flush never stops. Avoid this hotel absolutely.

As part of a tour, Golden Crown Haifa was one of the hotels that we stayed at. To conserve energy, the hallways remain on the dark side. We had to go downstairs again to find out how to turn the lights on in the room The card key activates the lights in the room so you need to have it in the slot to have lights on within the hotel room. We had twin beds that were not put close together. There was a smell to the water coming out of the sink. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good.

Poor accommodation this appartement 3A. Could not sleep with this street noise whole night. Will not recommend it, it is so Bad. Should have checked the reviews first. Well, will change to a better place next Time I Come

The Good: Great location close to B’nai Gardens & restaurants. Attractive facade. Comfortable beds. That is where it ends. The Bad: Hallways VERY dark like they are afraid of the electric bill. Tiny rooms. AC was down but staff was deceptive about the fact that it was not working for floors 2-5. Comped us a drink for the problem but closed down bar before 8 pm, so no drink. Towels small & thin. Can’t dry your body & hair with 1 towel. No hairdryer! Had to call front desk for one. Tissue was thin and sand paper. Shower is set on a wand and shoots through bathroom and floods into hallway. Obviously an ongoing issue as tiles indicate water damage. A mountain of towels needed to dry it up. Cheap IKEA furniture. Longhi coffee maker: couldn’t get it to work. Plus only 2 coffee pods. WiFi ineffectual. Connects but can’t accomplish anything. Obviously can find a better hotel. Take a look at the Atlas Boutique Hotel not far away.

Personnel de la réception sympathique à l’arrivée. Buffet repas acceptable manque un peu de choix. Plats chauds que tièdes. Chambre un peu petite mais pour une nuit c’est pas un problème. Mais confortable. LE PLUS GROS PROBLÈME la température de la chambre 27 degrés Celsius. Avec la climatisation réglée à 16 Première intervention avec la réception on me dit qu’il vont faire le nécessaire. Deuxième intervention 45 mn plus tard, on vient de faire un reset. Troisième intervention une heure plus tard, on vous envoie un réparateur, il touche le clavier et le règle à 21 en disant dans 10 mn la température va baisser. Quatrième intervention 30 mn plus tard toujours 26 degrés l’homme de service revient à la chambre touché encore le clavier va vers la fenêtre 5 m plus loin en me disant venez constater on sens de l’aire froide…… Cinquième intervention avec le gérant de service ‘’nous avons changé le chauffage pour la climatisation il y a 3 heures ‘ Pourquoi à la réception et dans les chambres du groupe la température est agréable mais dans ma chambre 422???? Cette attitude est vraiment prendre les touristes pour des C.., À défaut de climatisation j’ai reçu un ventilateur mais dormi à 25 degrés.
