Были сутки в отеле. Всё понравилось. Бронировали из соображений близко к ж/д вокзалу и круизному порту, так как из Хайфы начинался круиз. Близко к отелю большой супермаркет, сразу на выходе налево и идти минут 7. И вообще к подножию садов очень близко. Вечером прогуляться самое то. Вид с подсветками завораживающий. И большое спасибо отелю, что продлили без оплаты номер до 14.00

Everything is very clean, the employees are very attentive to all your needs, they explain everything to you. In truth, I am very grateful to the manager Rubén who has given very special attention to all of us and to all the guests. The rooms are very clean.

Worst hotel in my whole life. Terrible, lousy music beneath the windows in the street till late in the night, shaking the walls. Just to make it worse, the flush never stops. Avoid this hotel absolutely.

Very nice and easy hotel. Clean, good rooms and accesible prices. Good breakfast. I didn´t like tourists groups but during holidays it´s obvious you are going to meet them. View to the great ships and containers.

As part of a tour, Golden Crown Haifa was one of the hotels that we stayed at. To conserve energy, the hallways remain on the dark side. We had to go downstairs again to find out how to turn the lights on in the room The card key activates the lights in the room so you need to have it in the slot to have lights on within the hotel room. We had twin beds that were not put close together. There was a smell to the water coming out of the sink. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good.

Poor accommodation this appartement 3A. Could not sleep with this street noise whole night. Will not recommend it, it is so Bad. Should have checked the reviews first. Well, will change to a better place next Time I Come

The hotel is well situated in the German colony with easy access to many bars and restaurants and even a mini-mall. Front desk staff is very welcoming and efficient and I got early access to my room after a long 24 hours of traveling. The bar on the second floor is fun and easy to access. The rooms are tiny but there is room to hang clothes in a small closet. Bathrooms are clean. Overall a very good stay.

The Good: Great location close to B’nai Gardens & restaurants. Attractive facade. Comfortable beds. That is where it ends. The Bad: Hallways VERY dark like they are afraid of the electric bill. Tiny rooms. AC was down but staff was deceptive about the fact that it was not working for floors 2-5. Comped us a drink for the problem but closed down bar before 8 pm, so no drink. Towels small & thin. Can’t dry your body & hair with 1 towel. No hairdryer! Had to call front desk for one. Tissue was thin and sand paper. Shower is set on a wand and shoots through bathroom and floods into hallway. Obviously an ongoing issue as tiles indicate water damage. A mountain of towels needed to dry it up. Cheap IKEA furniture. Longhi coffee maker: couldn’t get it to work. Plus only 2 coffee pods. WiFi ineffectual. Connects but can’t accomplish anything. Obviously can find a better hotel. Take a look at the Atlas Boutique Hotel not far away.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the German colony. A modernly designed hotel. The rooms are very small, The images do not reflect reality and the person who designed the room did not think about the comfort of the guests - no switch for all the lights next to the bed (need to get up before bed to turn of all the lights in the room), no where to hang the towel to dry, no where to put the towel when you shower and just reach out and take , The door of the toilet is not sealed, there are not enough electrical outlets, the noise from the port and the street below interferes with sleep even though the windows are closed. The hotel has no lobby, has a business room on the second floor (it is not clear if it is possible to sit there with the family). Breakfast is reasonable but served in a crowded and closed place that is not really suitable for the Corona period. In short - the price does not justify the place, perhaps suitable for business people or for those who are just looking for sleep and nothing beyond.
