Good and safe hotel

We stayed at the Dan Carmel Hotel for two nights, to celebrate 50 years of marriage. We booked an executive room which includes access to the lounge. The room on the 9th floor was clean and tidy, we were greeted by a wonderful surprise prepared for us by the hotel staff - a bottle of wine, several macarons and more. The highlight was the amazing view from the room. The lounge also provides a special stay experience. In addition, I would like to mention the professional and kind attitude of the entire staff and the special attention we received from Mrs. Miri, the customer relations manager. There is no doubt that we will return to the hotel soon.

This beautiful hotel overlooking the Bay of Haifa is an excellent place to stay. The staff are all very welcoming, pleasant and eager to help in any way. Our room was always well maintained and had a lovely , small balcony with a view of both the bay and the Bahia Gardens which was a very short walk away . The managers in the hotel area and restaurant were extremely attentive to all the guests. And a special thank you to Miri. Her enthusiasm and level of service were exceptional. She even dressed up as Daisy and treated the children and us ! with holiday treats.

Went for a 3 day getaway during Shavuot(a Hebrew holiday) with my husband and my 1.5 year old son. We are very specific about the hotels we stay at and the level of service we are offered. The Dan Carmel definitely lived up to our standard with its lovely staff members, wonderful variety of food as well as clean, renovated and spacious rooms. The bonus for us was the Daniland play room we used a lot for our little one as well and the nearby zoo and the lovely green grounds of the hotel that our boy could run free in. I have to add that the CEO of the hotel, Ben Yanover- (a lovely handsome guy) as well as other senior staff, were at the hotel the entire time making sure everything was working smoothly. We were highly impressed at their dedication and we recommend the hotel greatly!
