吉力馬札羅機場植物園旅館(Airport Planet Lodge)

Hôtel bien situé pour prendre un avion le matin. Bon établissement mais qui s'abritte derière Expédia pour refuser toute mise à jour le la réservation. En effet, le site ne permet pas d'envisager une chambre avec lit supllémentaire pour les enfants. Nous avions donc réservé trois chambres. Une fois sur place il s'avère que la chambre des enfants comprenait trois lits et que la troisième chambre n'était donc pas utile. L'établissement n'a pas voulu modifier le réservation en pratiquant un rembourdement même partiel de celle-ci au prétexte qu'ils ne pouvaient pas modifier une réservation passée par Expédia. Ce manque de souplesse est insupportable car la description des possiblités de l'hôtel sur le site n'est pas suffisante et cela induit en erreur...... Une fois sur place l'hôtel a tout loisir d'accepter cette sitaution quite à déduire la commission payée à Expédia.

I absolutely loved my stay at Airport Planet Lodge. The facilities are incredibly nice, the staff is warm and welcoming (even in the middle of the night), and the rooms were very nice with AC. I highly recommend anyone traveling through the region stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Nous avons passé une nuit pour se rapprocher de l’aéroport et c’est avec un grand regret que nous pouvions pas rester plus longtemps tout était parfait sans parler du personnel qui est au top merci beaucoup et se jardin magnifique je recommande vivement cette hôtel en plus vous avez la navette gratuite pour l’aéroport Khaled et Khalida

The staff are simply on another level in terms of friendliness, flexibility, assistance etc - many hotels can learn from how these guys and girls treat guests.... can not speak highly enough about them.

The staff here were truly wonderful! They picked me up from the airport and made me feel at home. The location was safe, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Welcoming staff and great comfort touches for weary travelers. In room beverages and air conditioning appreciated. Great breakfast.

I loved that they took care of me with whatever showed up. They were diligent and caring. The room was comfortable and clean. One of the plumbing fixtures didn’t work and they switched my room in 5 minutes and helped me get situated comfortably. The grounds and rooms are peaceful and quiet and beautiful. They’re staff was extremely accommodating and supportive.

This was the best lodging experience on this two week trip to Africa. The AC works well as does the internet and electricity here. Beautiful grounds, nice variety of food and reasonable prices. Also had a 90 minute massage in the spa and used the pool while I was here. A very relaxing stay considering I would not have been here if the first of 3 flights home hadn't been cancelled and rebooked 2 days out at the last minute.

We’ve been travelling in Tanzania and Zanzibar for 3 weeks. This was our last hotel and by far the best. The rooms, the staff the whole feeling of the place is far better than anywhere we’ve stayed in this region. Plus it’s a stone throw away from the Airport. 10/10 for this place.. my only disappointment is that we found this hotel on our last 2 days. Excellent value for money, clean and friendly. You will be happy you booked this little gem. Plus a free shuttle bus to the Airport every hour.
