Great service, some details with the cleanliness but no big deal

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shampoos and lotions were very much appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable with multiple chairs to choose to sit on. The breakfast was excellent and the staff that maintained it was exceptional. Even though it had snowed 8", the parking lot and entrance areas were clean and maintained for safety. We would recommend the Hampton Inn at Hagerstown to friends and family and would stay there again when in the area.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Hagerstown. The staff were very friendly and helpful as one of the maintenance staff workers offered to remove the snow from my car! I also needed to checkout an hour later, since my daughter's surgery was at 12:30 at the surgery center. We did not want to show up too early for that!. It was no problem for the front desk staff to change it from 11am checkout to 12pm.

Clean & Comfortable with friendly staff members! Breakfast was impressive with plenty of options to include mini waffle maker or regular waffle maker and lots of toppings for your waffles like regular syrup, chocolate syrups, nuts, sprinkles, and much more. They also had breads, muffins, bagels, fresh fruits, oatmeals, and cooked breakfast of potatoes, bacon or sausage, eggs. We only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay here again. I have stayed at approximately 10 different hotels this month and this one was by far the best one in Hagerstown, Maryland!

Overall a very good hotel. Only one issue, asked for a quiet room, thrilled to be at end of hall on top floor. Unfortunately seemed like all the guests were put on top floor. The guy next to us had his tv on very loud after hours. Took 2 calls to desk to get this quieted. Otherwise no problems

Our stay was excellent. My husband and I were on a weekend trip out of town. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. While we were checking in, another guest came up and thanked the manager for the excellent restaurant suggestion. The service is very friendly and professional.

This is an outstanding hotel. It is spotlessly clean, and the staff was very amenable. The only criticism I have about our stay was that the beds are very hard and extremely uncomfortable. It’s really disappointing to have to report. Some thing negative when it has so much going for it. But both my husband and I had terrible back pain the next morning due to the discomfort of our sleep.

Staff was a pleasure to work with. They were all very friendly, courteous, and eager to help. Breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve experienced as far as hotel breakfasts go. Shower was nice with good water pressure. Hotel was a little out-of-date but overall we had a good experience staying here.

Stayed the night after attending a New Years celebration. The staff is always friendly. The coffee, tea or hot chocolate is always available & we take advantage of it! We stay here when in town for events.
