Freundliche Bedienung, Essen war das falsche und nicht ein absolutes Muss. Treppe war mit getrockneter Erde verdreckt und wurde nicht gereinigt. Wellnessbereich nicht einladend, Thermalbecken nicht in Betrieb. Zimmer waren sehr gross und sauber, harte Matratzen und ganzes Hotel viel zu fest beheitzt. Wer unbedingt „grün“ sein will, sollte sich da etwas zurückhalten, wirkt sonst ziemlich heuchlerisch.

Reservierung war etwas aufwendig, bzw. spaete Rueckmeldung, hat dann aber doch noch geklappt.
Rest von der Anreise, einchecken , Zimmer, Restaurant, und Auschecken hat alles perfekt gepasst. Leider hatte ich zuwenig zeit um den SPA zu nutzen.

We spent two days here with my colleagues and we were all really satisfied. We all agreed that the food is fantastic (especially the breakfast 👌), the beds are comfortable and we could meet a well-equipped, clean wellness area. My favourite was the 25m long swimming pool.

Nice atmosphere . The staff is amazing, especially the ladies working at the reception, they are very accommodating, incredibly kind and always have great suggestions about what to do in town. I would suggest this hotel for anyone coming to Győr if they have a car.

Great hotel, good atmosphere, very nice room, comfortable beds, good restaurant, nice bar, amazing pool, good wellness area. Very friendly staff. Whole hotel is very clean. Nice surroundings for sports activities

They are very nice people, I really appriciate the way they behave with us. Highly recommended to stay there for a few nights. Rooms are really great, food is delicious. Reception is excellent. Very helpful crew.

The first good impression is when you get at the hotel, it is super clean. The guy in the reception was ver nice to us, very welcoming and easy to communicate. The room was big, and the bathroom too. The garden of the hotel is the perfect place to relax.

From check in to check out our experience was a very positive one. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We found the pool and other facilities well maintained and clean. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We hope to visit Hungary again and this hotel will be top of our list.
