This hotel is my new go to when in Austin. Staff is always friendly, room is always clean and is quite roomy as is the wonderful bathroom with the large walk-in shower. The only thing missing is a make-up magnification mirror for us ladies! I’d love to see a standalone lighted mirror in the bedroom at the desk area. That’s what the Hotel Viata provides and it is a very much appreciated nice touch. 

位置好在湖畔中心步行可到幾家不錯的餐廳和酒吧。充足的停車場到酒店後方(前面很緊張)。免費早餐是我們體驗過的更好的之一,甚至咖啡也不錯!唯一的批評是,我們發現牀不太舒服(沒有足夠的支撐,可能已經磨損),熱水一直溫熱到我們入住的最後一天,我們房間裏的光線被損壞了。我們確實報告了陰影,因爲沒有它,光線很耀眼(5000K燈泡!),有人很快就來看一下。但後來什麼也沒發生(我們住了3天!)。這是一個小問題,所以我們讓它過去!

Cambria is a newer hotel amidst the redevelopment projects taking place near Rainey Street, a historic landmark of homes turned into entertainment venues. Cambria is opposite side of the spectrum with innovative decor and relaxation. Note that parking costs 49USD per day with valet access only. We chose not to rent a car based on our needs in Austin. Came to visit my son and his family with my eldest son, so we wanted to have some options near nightlife activities. Local drivers shared info on the changes made to the nearby historic street, and staff was friendly with all needs. The water statiins were a plus. Where I think Cambria can improve is in the price of the rooms, menu items and operation hours of their lobby bar/roof bar since staff was short during our stay. Walking to the entertainment street required the back alley short trek, and that aspect took away from the lush atmosphere of the hotel. Grafitti and Limestone hotel venues can easily adjust their marketung strategies towards in-house entertainment along with the Valet arrangement to flow more smoothly and affordably. It’s a lovely hotel which can become full circle staycation with a few adjustments regarding that aspect. New business developments working alongside grass roots businesses is key to smooth changes for both visitors and long-time locals. The pool atmosphere is great, the gym is clean, and the first floor waiting area an easy meeting spot.

一貫可愛的酒店,一貫良好的服務。我訂購併送到我房間的juevos rancheros非常好!咖啡很好喝,很濃.....很高興我要求額外的奶油和糖!位置優越,靠近Arboretum商店和域內的商店。也靠近Whole Foods,H‑E‑B雜貨店,Gateway電影院,還有很多不錯的餐廳,很多步行即可到達。.房間大,浴室裏備有Aveda產品。(洗髮水,護髮素,沐浴露,酒吧肥皂)是一個非常好的觸摸! 唯一不喜歡的就是他們最近開始在他們發現的地段收費自助停車........我在1/31/24上付了20美元,一點都不喜歡,把價格放在你的房費裏,說免費停車!

Very happy with this hotel. A convenient location to get to the Moody Center in a short time frame, amongst other spots we planned on going too.

入住不愉快。由於家人安排了手術入住。實際上比計劃提前一天添加了入住(1),直接通過酒店預訂。我應該知道會有問題。走進大堂,很熱。酒店有粉絲設置。最大的抱怨是可怕的水壓,這使得家庭成員使用我們帶來的抗菌肥皂準備手術非常困難。水基本上是弱噴灑通過堵塞的淋浴噴嘴,水從來不熱,但不溫不熱。沒有足夠的水洗我們的頭髮。冷水有更好的噴霧,但不能在冷水中淋浴。第一晚維護來得很快,拆開了淋浴頭,但也承認這一直是經常的問題。在醫院度過了一整天,回到酒店,水壓仍然不好。前台工作人員很親切,這不是工作人員的投訴,他建議運行洗手池水龍頭15-20分鐘,同時運行淋浴,以獲得熱水。這太瘋狂了,但還可以,我可以用同樣弱的淋浴噴灑,用更暖的水。上牀睡覺,決定在週四凌晨5點半退房7/16,整整6個小時才需要離開。告訴前台工作人員,他們也同意我可以留下評論。爲什麼我不戰鬥,要求做一些事情?由於空調機組開和關非常響,準備手術,我睡眠不足。我確實希望英迪格酒店能讓我做正確的事情。在這一點上,我永遠不會再與這家酒店預訂。

Got a room for a convention and it was very clean and big! The staff were amazing and helpful. For downsides though with the refrigerator I had to refrigerate medicine and it stayed room temp

這是我想入住NW Austin時去的。酒店停車場免費停車。入住方便友好。免費happy hour的飲料券!美麗的室內中庭。電梯可以更快一點,或者他們需要總是同時運行。客房寬敞,設有獨立的起居區,小廚房,小冰箱,咖啡服務和微波爐。浴缸需要一些TLC注意或需要更換爲步入式淋浴。在奧斯汀,我最喜歡的是點早餐的免費贈送。這是我的家外之家。
