訪訪客用戶We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated Patty making lots of delicious crispy bacon and going above and beyond brightening our mornings. Patty made sure the buffet was well stocked and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Paige at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we were attempting to extend our stay and help that process to go smoothly. Dionne made sure our stay went smoothly.

KKristieMercy hospital was right across the street, so excellent location for us. Grandchild was born! Some street noise early one morning, but not consistent. Room was clean, staff friendly and breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again, even if the hospital wasn’t needed.

訪訪客用戶Best hotel since we’ve traveled over the holidays. This was a good midway stop for us to take a rest before heading home. Staff was super nice, breakfast was included even if they originally said it wasn’t, parking was free/available (no extra surcharge), hotel was super clean and layout was nice, they provide Starbucks coffee in your room (for those coffee lovers) and they have a good coffee machine as complimentary that you can grab at anytime. They have a vending machine for you to grab any snacks if needed on your floor. The price was worth it. I would 100% stay here again! Springfield also introduced me to a few fun activities around the area as well so it’s definitely a place to go visit and if so I recommend this hotel!

SSerenity Coffer酒店工作人員在那裏最努力地嘗試了免費麻煩,但trip.com是我們有很多麻煩的那個人肯定不是僅僅享受您的住宿,而是2小時的等待,然後2個不同的預訂,很多混亂,非常惱人,不值得麻煩
