第比利斯設有健身房的飯店

機場377換371，下車的公交站對面就是酒店；去機場是酒店門口540換377到底就是。出酒店往左就是硫磺浴所在，再走一段就通往自由廣場等熱門地區了，坐纜車衹要走過對面的橋。交通很方便，除了坐地鐵——第比利斯的公交站一般都有顯示牌，顯示這到站的每一路車還有幾分鐘到達。 前台姑娘很熱情。大堂布置很温馨，有家庭的感覺。 房間大，兩面大窗，斜對馬路，正對旁邊建築。開窗有點吵，但窗的隔音不錯。 除了床、衣櫥、寫字枱、食品櫃外，還有床尾凳子、沙發椅、小茶几、落地衣架，放箱子的架子很長，我們兩個行李箱都放上去了。最讓人驚喜的是，小冰箱裏的水、好幾種飲料都是免費的。 衞生間很大，可惜水壓有點小。 一樓酒店自己的牛排店，旁邊餐館林立。 打掃衞生及時。

酒店非常乾淨，設計時尚用心，有藝術感，工作人員禮貌熱情專業，入住體驗流暢。房間非常安靜，隔音效果過於好了 酒店有地下停車場，位置充足非常方便 酒店一樓的餐廳味道還算可以，環境不錯

比較新🆕，上樓會有股味道。不知攜程為啥主推這個 一搜尋這個出來先。地鐵站進來270米 最後一天去埃裏温我們拉着行李箱走了200多米。。。這附近的路很爛很舊 就是近一個小市場 很多水果很便宜！但附近真的太破爛了 以至於我感覺這個城市很落後同樣價位的假日酒店那個真心不錯 地鐵站出來就是 大路邊 旁邊就是超市，去埃裏温的車站。 給我們的樓層也看不到三一教堂。。。房間又挺小的。。

我很喜歡這家飯店，地理位置非常便利。服務也很友好，我們還從標準間升級到了高級間，感覺很棒。此外，我們也享有了半價延遲退房服務。房間裡唯一缺少的是浴袍和牙刷之類的小物件，不過飯店方面表示可以單獨索取。

酒店位置不錯，裝修也很有風格，早餐是點餐式，露天早飯風景不錯，如果不想商務酒店想本地有特色酒店，這家酒店是不二之選，性價比拉滿。 其他：房間有秋千，還蠻有意思的，基礎配套拉滿，房間不算大。

酒店本身及其設施都很不錯。室內和室外泳池看起來都很漂亮，大廳乾淨又時尚。泳池邊和一樓的酒吧都很不錯，雞尾酒很棒，雖然價格略高。 然而，服務卻令人不敢恭維。首先，一樓的餐廳：等餐時間竟然長達1小時！我們不得不去附近的酒店吃午餐（強烈推薦金鬱金香酒店的屋頂餐廳）。其次，工作人員忘記在我們的房間放盥洗包（肥皂/潤膚露/刮鬍刀/化妝棉/浴帽等等）。第三，我們早上9:30去泳池，發現6個人用的泳池毛巾不夠用。最後，晚上客房服務慢得離譜。我們連續15分鐘都沒人接電話，只好打電話給前台和客房服務部。他們接了我們的訂單後，又過了45-50分鐘才送來食物（其實也沒什麼特別的，只有一杯茶和一塊起司派）。整體來說，這家飯店還可以，但服務有待提高。我住過幾家萬豪酒店（我是萬豪旅享家會員），這家酒店看起來像喜來登，但感覺卻不像。

Самое приятное в этом отеле - это вид! Из ресторана он просто волшебный ) сами номера не впечатлили, хотя у нас был номер Deluxe. Дизайн ванной оставляет желать лучшего ( Завтраки прямо средненькие, яйца только сваренные вкрутую и готовый скрэмбл. Но плюс: в номере есть капсульная кофемашина

The hotel could be better if it wants to. Our room was decent, but the bed was not up tp standard for this brand of hotel. The sheets were mismatched, and the bed was not properly done. Glasses and cups were not properly cleaned. The best part is the front desk staff, Saba. He is great and professional, and went the extra mile to show us the hotel features. Breakfast was plenty and decent. Location is about 15 minutes walk from the old city with grocery stores and cafes around Good value for money hotel. The pool area is ok for hanging out on a hot day. .

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
