非常棒的一次入住體驗！這次帶了 70 歲的長者和兩個小孩子（4歲和6歲）家庭出遊，酒店服務真的太貼心了。 首先要特別感謝前台小姐姐，在入住前溝通時不僅態度極好，對於我提出的要求都一一明確回覆，還非常周到地幫我們把兩個訂單安排在了同一樓層相鄰的房間，極大地方便了我們照顧長者和小孩。不僅如此，**入住時**憑對話還爽快地給我們免費升級了房型，各方面都超出了預期。 酒店是 2025 年新開業的，設施非常新，房間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離的洗手間和智能系統都很贊。特別是對於帶娃家庭來説，這裏的自助洗烘一條龍洗衣服務簡直是救星。地理位置方面，唯一一個比較欠理想的是靠近大路旁的房間會有車鳴聲。不過對於我們和娃們沒有多大影響，玩累了還是倒頭就睡。 酒店還貼心地讓我的兩個娃免費一起吃早餐。這裏的早餐選擇非常豐富，中式、西式、碳水、沙拉都很棒，全家都吃得很開心。 總的來説，這家桔子酒店無論硬件設施還是軟性服務都做得無可挑剔，極力推薦給所有帶長者和孩子出來旅遊的家庭！下次來普寧一定還會選擇這裏。 An absolutely wonderful stay! This was a family trip with a 70-year-old elderly and two young children （aged 4 and 6）, and the hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful. First of all, a special thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk. During our pre-arrival communication, her attitude was excellent, and she clearly confirmed and fulfilled every single one of my requests. She thoughtfully arranged our two bookings on the same floor right next to each other, making it so much easier for us to take care of both the elderly and the kids. On top of that, upon check-in, they readily granted us a free room upgrade based on our previous chat record—everything simply exceeded our expectations. The hotel just opened in 2025, so the facilities are very new, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The dry-and-wet separated bathroom and the smart guestroom system are fantastic. For families traveling with kids, their self-service laundry and drying service is an absolute lifesaver. Regarding the location, the only slight downside is that rooms facing the main road can pick up some traffic honking. However, it didn’t affect us or the kids much at all; we were so tired from having fun that we fell asleep the moment our heads hit the pillows. The hotel was also generous enough to let my two kids enjoy breakfast for free. The breakfast selection was highly varied and impressive, offering a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, carbs, and salads. The whole family truly enjoyed it. Overall, this Orange Hotel is flawless in both its hardware facilities and soft services. I highly recommend it to any family traveling with the elderly and kids! We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Puning.

這次入住體驗超出預期，必須五星好評！酒店位置便利，出行和用餐都很方便。前台服務熱情專業，辦理入住快速高效，態度温和貼心。房間寬敞明亮、乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果好，一夜安睡。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足，用品齊全，細節做得很到位。公共區域乾淨雅緻，環境安靜舒適。整體性價比很高，服務、衞生、設施都無可挑剔，住得安心又舒心。無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

普通吧，這種屬於商務酒店的水平，價格過年過節也沒什麼要求了，第二天去看英歌舞，開車去附近還算方便，綜合價格環境，沒有選擇的選擇

整體入住體驗不錯，床鋪偏硬，其中一張大床配有薄軟墊，總體來説比較適合偏愛硬床的朋友；設施雖稍顯年代感，但性價比超高！門口有專屬停車位且有保安值守，停車安全又方便，對面有一家超好吃的炒麪。前台服務熱情周到，保潔阿姨還貼心幫忙找晾衣支架，細節處超暖心～
