「酒店房間比較新，前台工作人員熱情服務，房間內有空調，微波爐，燒水壺，小冰箱。衞生間也比較乾淨。酒店位於老城區，離omonia地鐵站近，出行非常方便，衹是因為老城區的緣故吧，周圍樓都比較舊，晚上有一些看似難民一樣不太好的人，可能會讓人感覺不好，但晚上出行用Uber，還是沒問題的。」

「酒店位置極佳，就在憲法廣場旁邊，交通便利，機場大巴、地鐵、公交線路眾多，中餐館春熙就50米。房間寬敞，層高高。早餐豐盛，酸奶好吃極了。前台服務非常好，提供旅遊諮詢，可以寄存行李。衞生加強一些更好，浴巾上有口紅印，不知道是不是洗不掉。」

「房間很棒，位置離中心很近也安靜，辦理入住的時候送了酒店酒吧的贈飲券，酒吧能看到衞城夜景，香檳和啤酒也不錯，晚上回到房間發現酒店還送了紀念日的香檳，因為中途要上島，把行李寄存在酒店一天也很順路。有什麼需要打電話給前台之後響應也很迅速，點了酒店的宵夜也很好吃，非常愉快的一次度假。」

「位置不錯，在廣場附近，晚上可以在廣場邊上露天位吃點喝點，附近整體定位不是很高，沿着大路一公裡外另一端廣場的配套更高端。但我住的有一晚無數球迷在樓下狂歡，觀摩了一下，很有意思」

「Review for NYX Esperia Palace Athens – Luxurious Stay with a Few Caveats We stayed at NYX Esperia Palace Athens for four full days – two couples, each in an Executive Suite with access to the business lounge. The welcome was warm and efficient, and we received our rooms exactly at 3:00 PM, as per hotel policy. The suites were clean, stylish, and well-equipped with amenities such as disposable toothbrushes, shaving kits, loofahs, a hairdryer, and more. One of our suites, located on the 7th floor, even had a partial view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely bonus. The room’s climate, lighting, and curtains were all operated through digital controls, designed to pamper guests — although, in practice, they were not very intuitive and required a bit of trial and error. For instance, turning off the bedside light required getting up and walking to a control panel. The TV included Israeli channels (11, 12, and 13), which we appreciated. Breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the waiter service was above average. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional care provided by Ilia, the hotel's Public Relations Manager. She guided us almost from the moment we arrived until we left — recommending excellent tavernas, booking taxis, restaurants, and arranging a private guided tour. On our last day, we were also warmly greeted by Dionysia in the lounge — charming and attentive. That said, there were some drawbacks: Reception service was inconsistent – not all staff members were welcoming; some appeared cold or offered forced smiles. The business lounge was disappointing – small, crowded, with modest food and drink offerings and uninspiring seating. It felt more like a repurposed room than a proper lounge. The pools require advance reservation, with no room for spontaneity. Usage hours are segmented (e.g., 1–4 PM or 4–7 PM), and spots after 7 PM are very limited. The rooftop pool area is crowded, and the adjacent restaurant is also open to non-guests. Rooftop restaurant experience: One evening we returned from a night out and hoped to enjoy a drink with a view. Although two front-row tables overlooking the Acropolis were available, we were initially told they were reserved. Minutes later, we were informed we could sit there for a €25 minimum spend per person. The sudden shift from ”reserved” to ”available for a price” was off-putting — especially as hotel guests staying in suites. The guided tour recommended by the hotel involved nearly 4 hours of driving during a 5-hour trip, leaving us with very little time at each stop. We suggest skipping it. Bottom line: The hotel is modern, very clean, and the suites are luxurious. Service is mostly excellent, particularly thanks to Ilia and Dionysia. However, don't count on spontaneous access to the pool or rooftop restaurant — enjoying those requires planning ahead, much like booking a theater show. If you value well-designed suites and structured experiences, this hotel may be a great fit. If you’re looking for flexibility and full-day pampering from hotel facilities — you might find it a bit limiting.」

「新酒店,一切都是新的,很好。也很乾淨。服務很好-我們早早離開趕飛機,酒店爲我們準備了打包早餐。空調對夏天很好。 位置離地鐵步行5分鐘,需要步行經過一些無家可歸者,無家可歸者周圍有警察。」

「訂的時候看上了找M3地鐵線沿線，實際上要走900m左右。下午二點到還不能check in，前台一個女生先收了city tax才告知沒有房間。説送的下午茶也沒有告知，雖然我不用。洗手間沒有廁紙。懶得通知他們我就用面巾紙。前台人蠻多的，聚在那裡嘰嘰喳喳沒有覺得特別有什麼幫助，也不會問一下有什麼需求，有什麼附近餐廳超市景點推薦。商務型酒店。過幾天回雅典這個酒店不住了。旁邊公交站很多坐公交車是方便的。」

「我看中國人點評很少，剛回國第二天，來點評一下。 總體來説是不錯的！ 一個人出差，房間不大但衞生還可以。床很軟，但不喜歡睡軟床的我睡的也挺舒服。 圖1:大堂是0層，電梯外面還有門，點了按鍵後亮了再拉開。圖2-9:早餐還可以，中國人口味還能適應，可以自己用切片麪包做三明治吃。出門後往南走就是地鐵（紅線，希臘人不説幾號線 衹説 red line），去衞城（acropoli）走過去也就20分鐘），走路15-20分鐘到帕納辛納克體育場和宙斯神廟、哈德良門、憲法廣場。 記住這一站叫sygrou fix。 圖11: 窗外可以看見衞城帕特農神廟。 圖13-18是賓館和房間。 圖19-20是賓館外觀和周邊。 比協和廣場安全多了，沒有流浪漢。 這裏酒店退房時間都是11點，但是最後一天走的時候可以把行李寄存前台，然後回來可以借用他們地下健身房的浴室洗個澡換身衣服再走！ 前台非常友好，而且很幫忙，可以幫你訂出租車，還幫我查去邁錫尼怎麼坐車，時間等等。早餐是6:30開始，早起如果特別早可以提前告知前台，第二天早晨會有簡單的便當 ，麪包果醬果汁雞蛋。」
