Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Buford at Mall of Georgia, GA

It's a hotel for no more a couple of nights, but still acceptable

Housekeeping not existent at this location apparently. :(

Terrible service check in was ok. Hotel needs renovations asap. There us alot of patchwork going on. Our room was ok until after cleaning and settling in we noticed the bathroom ceiling was apparently leaking before. water stains and bubbling paint down the walls. We go mention to front desk Easha and she was very dismissive. She immediately said we don't give discounts and refused to send someone up to look. Asked to have a mgr, she said will get bk to us. Later she said can offer another room only to inconvenience us from having to pack up everything and reclean another room to move and still nothing to accomodate the inconvenience. My thing is if cleaning people are in & out, I am sure they were aware of the terrible ceiling and wet walls, but yet you still gave us that room.

Overall the property was okay. It could use some renovations. The pool didn’t look very clean.

I did not like the last minute notice of a “green fee” that was sprung on me at check in and could not really be explained as to what it is.

I was surprised with $100 additional deposit on my credit card. I felt profiled and my wife was not please at all. Would i ever come back? No way in Hell!! Breakfast was not pleasant and some of the pop tarts tasted old. Like the management purchased this at a discount place like and old warehouse. We need to be treated better than this. Last time I show up there.
