Absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. Kann mir nicht vorstellen hier noch einmal zu übernachten. Wir waren als Hochzeitsgesellschaft dort (7 Zimmer) und haben nur skandalöse Erfahrung gemacht. Insekten in Zimmer und Essbereich und sehr dreckige Zimmer haben uns dazu bewogen das Hotel bereits vor des geplanten Abreisetages zu verlassen und nach einer anderen Bleiben zu suchen. Ich kann und möchte wirklich kein gutes Wort verlieren, es fällt mir einfach nichts ein. Doch! Es ist mittig in der Stadt

Location, room furniture and essential items was spot on. Excellent washroom. We had 2 night stay in the hotel booked best deluxe room but AC was not cooling properly and we end-up staying lower quality room one night and moved back to same room on 2nd night with same AC conditions. So all in all, hot summer night with baby spoil all fun.

My stay was amazing. I enjoyed being there. Lovely location and amazing view. I would suggest people to experience at least once in their life. This was so peaceful and hygienic property. Loved to be there and in future I would love to visit again.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The service provided by hotel was up to the mark .The staff was humble and polite by nature.The ambience of hotel was perfect as per the standard.It was value for money

It seems that the hotel is recently reopened. The staff was quick with their response, well behaved. Loved the view of GS Road, especially at night. The location is fantastic, most facilities are available. Unfortunately couldn't avail laundry and there were limited options for breakfast but I'm sure these can be worked on.

am an architect & travelled to guwahati oftern for work. the hotel stay was booked by my client due to close proximity of the ongoing project site. its relatively a new hotel, (december 2020) hence everything was brand new. my review for room 304 as under : 1.excellent location - on the main road so connectivity through road is very easy. 2. big rooms with comfortable mattress. 3. comfortable seating & writing table next to the full ht fixed glazing to enjoy the busy GS road view while you are working. 4. large bathroom. 5. adequate supply of toiletries. 6. food is tasty & palatable (room service) and they have wide variety in the menu to choose from. areas for improvement 1. the staff needs to trained more in hospitality, especially the front office staff as they sounded bit rude in dealing with guests (not only me but 1 another guest had the same observation) 2. they need to have allowance for deodorant for the service staff or get their uniform washed daily as they were quite smelly. 3. the windows are not sound proof so the traffic sound could be disturbing if you a light sleeper 4. the breakfast had a decent spread but was not so well ***aged. the food layed in the buffet were so not appealing in terms of how they were served (more like just dumped in the cheffing dishes) this areas needs a lot of attention. 5. MOST IMPORTANT (atleast for me) the HOT water supply in the bathroom is BAD. the water is barely luke warm and that too for just a minute or so then its supper chilly. for a person like me who is use to for hot water bath, the shower there felt like an ice bucket challenge to me. a report at the front desk re the problem did not yield any solution so i had to live with it. cheers to team Apollo grand Date of stay: June 2022
