Very poor service and cleanliness. Bath room is not clean and hot water also not available. At-least mmt should take some responsibilities towards basic requirements.

Hotel is very average, don’t provide water bottle even when you are ready to pay. They have simply placed a almirah and a bed in room. Better to look for other options.

After reaching hotel at the checkin time, the receptionist began arguments regarding my booking, he allowed me single bed when my booking was for double bed. Not provided drinking water neither shop nothing only single bed in room no room service was available. N head reception uttering slang in assamese. I don't know what was the reason. I have travel-led 9states till date. This was the most pathetic stay ever in assam
