Excellent hotel in Paltan Bazar, in the heart of Guwahati city. We got this hotel booking done thru MMT, unsure of the services as there was no review on Trip advisor. However the staying experience was great. It's a new hotel on the main road. Room size was good, very clean bathroom with 24hrs hot water, clean and comfortable bed/pillows/blanket. We got complementary breakfast, simple menu like cornflakes, toast n egg, poori-sabzi and tea/coffee. Staffs were nice and helpful.

我在那裏住了近4天,總的來說,在酒店galaxy inn的住宿非常滿意。乾淨舒適的房間,優質的服務,一流的設施,以及方便的位置,爲一個愉快而愉快的體驗。我強烈推薦這家酒店給任何訪問該地區的人,肯定會考慮將來再次入住這裏。

One time stay. Service is poor. Number of times questioned to get required services. Complementary breakfast has no spread. No proper dining hall set up. Rooms are good as the hotel is new. But not well maintained. Curtains are dirty. Cleanings are not done regularly. Will not get required tea coffee pouches at the right time. No proper greetings at the reception

Other than the location, which can be a little far from prime locations this hotel is perfect. The hotel staff are exceptionally cooperative and helpful. Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and they provide body lotion, soap, tooth brush & paste and clean towels. Overall i really enjoyed my stay there.

Awesome hotel and services, it is at par to a 5 star. Thanks to Krishna at the reception for a swift check out as I had a flight to catch early morning. Also, they let me check-in by 11am as I requested. The staff at the front desk and the bell boys were extremely welcoming with their greetings all the time. The food was too good, maybe a bit pricey but their food quantity and quality is well up to the mark. Someone came every day in the evening to give fresh complimentary sweets from the bakery which was so generous of them. Will keep coming here most definitely, the room interiors and toiletries and house keeping and food every little thing was taken care of wonderfully. I never really write such long reviews ever but this hotel really left that mark on me. Thanks to entire team !

Best homestay in our whole Assam and Meghalaya trip. It is very near to the airport and so cabs are easily available. The caretakers are helpful and the owner is very friendly and informative. Rooms are neat and clean -towel, blankets, linen are good, washed and clean, bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Garden is beautiful with good sitting arrangement. Their terrace Garden is a must visit in the evening to enjoy the sunset. Not lesser than a 4 star hotel with a homely touch to it.

Mr Lakhya Sarma is outstanding in FO. Kindly help train all the staff on their body language. Overall it was a good hotel. The Banquet event went well. The Banquet hall is good and the staff is good. Even when I had a challenge the Operation Manager came and attended—a very good knowledgeable person.

訪訪客用戶Situated in a broken pathway ***** Paltan Bazar; access is tricky. The outer appearance of the hotel does not inspire confidence. The reception / lobby area is tiny and dingy. But all this is made up by the room I opted for: Deluxe category. The room was huge by any standards, spic and span, equipped with L-shaped sofa, study table and the usual bed, TV, fridge etc. It also had a balcony which is rare these days. The staff looked deprived, but were friendly and cooperative. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. The breakfast is limited and homely. Tariff, very reasonable. Recommended for middle budget travelers.

訪訪客用戶Amazing place for stay n conference. Food, service, location, proximity to Railway station, Bus Station, city Mkts etc makes it a best choice for conference. Room has all basic amenities. Breakfast menu was good. Nice restaurant serving great choice of snacks, deinks and food. Their Biryani was one of the best I have ever had. More surprisingly, it was tasting better in this Far East City then some of the known cities serving it. Great experience of staying with them.

The rooms however were windowless ( had a window overlooking a dark concrete quadrangle sharing space with another miserable sundry office). A breakfast on the house was decent enough and did some what make up for the windowless room Perhaps because we booked through MakeMyTrip.com we were allotted the worst room in the hotel ?
