Lunch was poor and highly expensive... Breakfast was good. Some dirt was there on the room. No dental kit, tooth paste etc in the washroom.

A very cool and calm location. Guruvayoor police station is nearby. It acts as a land mark. All facilities are good.

Perfect location- walking distance of Guruvayur temple. Rooms and bathrooms are small. I had to upgrade to get a bit more spacious bathroom. Also, even though they show kettle, tea coffee maker, it was absent in our room. Also restaurant has very limited options.

Location is good ,room is smaller size,room service is need to improve,tariff is high.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. After check-in, we requested an upgrade to a Royal room due to an additional guest. Despite paying ₹5221 extra, we were initially given a room of the same size with no walking space and poor conditions. After raising a complaint, we were moved to an actual Royal room, which was far better. There were multiple service failures: Key card issues – It stopped working five times, requiring trips to the reception to get it fixed. Even after repeated complaints, no permanent solution was provided. We finally had to collect a manual key ourselves. Bathroom lock malfunction – My father got stuck inside the bathroom due to a faulty door lock. In the new room, the bathroom knob fell off, making it unusable. Food quality was poor – Even a simple order of tea was not good. Overall, this was a horrible experience for a -booked hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not worthy, room is so congested, in your description ceiling fan and dental kit etc. Included, but actually there is no fan only centralised ac was throe so my parents scolded me becoz of he cant tolerate continuous ac exposure ( due to respiratory problms) and few mosquitoes also throe in my room. Photos and actual room size is entirely different. Room is so clean, bathroom etc was very neat, thats why i survived
