BED BUGS!!! Room #1, second floor. The Television wouldn't work, called front desk, they came in and fixed it.Then the remote didn't work. Front desk then moved us to the 1st floor to a new room. Once the lights went out and the heat on. THE BED BUGS/ MITES came out. I woke up at 4am scratching and watching welps form on my legs. We immediately packed all our belongings & left at 4am. They did refund my money. HORRIBLE HOTEL AND OUTDATED!! DO NOT SLEEP HERE.

Bedding smelled like a pound of bleach, they didn’t tell us the pool was close until the day of checkin book three weeks in advance. The cleaning staff stole my Apple Watch charger.

Excellent staff and accommodating throughout stay. Facilities available regularly were not available like pool, hot tub and tread mill did not work.

The noise insulation in the property is terrible. We had a room that adjoined to another, and it was if the people next door were in our room. What made it even worse - on the 2nd night, the people next door played loud music and partied until 2:30 AM (after we complained, management did get them to turn off their music at 12:45 AM). The next night, the occupant left their TV on all night. I had to wear ear plugs to get to sleep. Furthermore, we had a herd of buffalo staying above us, continually stomping around from one end of the room to the other. Having said all of this, I guess it really boils down to the fact that these other guests were very inconsiderate.

Satisfied with stay and friendly staff at Baymont Pleasant stay and very satisfied. close to Gurnee mall and plenty of places close by to eat. rooms were very clean, breakfast was ok. Only issue gym room is small and machine were rusted/noisy. Will stay again when travelling.

I have stayed here in the past and wasn’t charged a 100.00 fee for possible damage. No safety bars in bathroom, lousy TV viewing, the pool was out of order. I will probably not be staying there anymore.
