The hotel was nice seemed a bit dated. The gym was by far one of the best hotel gyms I have used. I travel a lot and a nice gym, working equipment is a must. Hard to find one as nice as theirs. Laundry room was large. The rooms are quiet if everyone is asleep but as soon as someone left their rooms or were talking it got noisy. Earplugs helped in this situation. I always travel with earplugs. Nice thing is you could not hear the highway traffic which was nice.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR PIR WEEKEND RUN AWAY!! Our first night there it just went downhill. We had traveled from Dallas and took a 6 am flight and at 11:30 after we did all our room decorations we were exhausted and ready for bed. My sister in law was getting the sofa bed ready when she uncovered a sofa bed with no sheets, multiple urnine stains, and rat droppings. I called the front desk right away and asked for a new accommodations. After and hour of back and fourth of them saying they will clean it or move her the lady at the front desk came and showed my sister in law a studio next door and she decided to stay there. I had asked to also be moved because I was not comfortable staying there since I’m 30 weeks pregnantt and had my young and had my young daughter who had been playing and laying on that couch all day without knowing what was under it. I waited till 1:30 to get moved only to go to the front desk and see that she had gone home and the lady there had no idea what was going on. I was so defeated and exhausted. My daughter passed out jn the master bed and at that point i didn’t have a choice. Everywhere else that was close was booked for the weekend. They didn’t clean it up or even removed the soiled sofa bed mattress.

Stayed here for my husbands navy graduation. I was skeptical of some bad reviews but I got here and was immediately relieved. Check in went smoothly room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only like 4 minutes from the nex and like 10-14 mins from his graduation. This hotel is around a whole bunch of activities and food didn’t even have to go downtown to spend time with my sailor because there is so much to do around here. I overall enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Chicago again. Location is very convenient I would recommend staying here!

I really enjoy my stay but I wish the cleaners can clean more often I stayed for 22 nights and I have my room cleaned every 7days I don’t think that’s hygienic at all.

My stay was good overall. The only complaint I have, which I know that the hotel itself doesn't have much control over, was my rowdy neighbors one evening. It sounded like people were arguing and fighting. There was lots of screaming and profanity. I was traveling alone as a young female, visiting my partner who is in the Navy and had liberty leave for the weekend, so I was a little nervous being on my own. However, I think the staff did everything in their power to de-escalate whatever was going on in my neighbor's room. I don't know what they did, but I made the complaint at the front desk on my way out, and by the time I got back maybe 20 minutes later my neighbors had quieted down a little.

Does not provide breakfast. Front desk laughed when I asked about it. No pool on property what so ever. I left my prescription glasses and came back for them 30min later and they said they weren’t there. Creepy men circling the parking lot.

We came to visit our daughter since she’s in the Navy Base,this hotel is not far from the base about 10-15 minutes away…there’s a lot of restaurants a shopping center across the street a lot of options to get food and a Walmart,there’s a full mini kitchen in the room very convenient for people who wants to cook,very friendly and professional staff,we most definitely use this hotel again next time we visit our daughter and their prices are good.

The property and the room were better than I expected. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff was very nice and professional. This is the first time I had been in Chicago. Over the years I heard on the news that Chicago is a crime ridden city and how dangerous the city is. This hotel is on the north side of Chicago which is very nice area. I seen no signs of any criminal activity. A matter of fact, I didn't even see any trash of the ground or graffiti on the walls. I would highly recommend this hotel.
