Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Excellent stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Das Resort hat uns auf ganzer Linie überzeugt! Hervorragender Service, eine wunderschöne Anlage, saubere und komfortable Zimmer und exzellentes Essen – alles auf höchstem Niveau. Wir waren vor allem begeistert von dem herzlichen und stets zuvorkommende Team, dass und jeden Wunsch mit einem Lächeln erfüllte. Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir wärmstens empfehlen können!

Property: 8.5/10 Food & Dining: 8.5/10 Accommodation/Room: 7/10: Half the lamps were dysfunctional; the mini refrigerator was not cooling, neither was the air conditioner. The room space was quite good and surrounding space very pleasant and almost noise free. Washroom and balcony space was also very good. Restaurant Staff: 👍 Check-in experience: 2/10. I had made a call about 4 hours prior to check in, to request for an early check in around 2:00 pm was possible, and the lady confirmed we could. However, on reaching the property, the person at the front desk said we needed to wait for 45 mins as the room was getting ready. Major miscommunication between the resort staff. Had to repeat the entire conversation I had on call before, and then almost immediately we got a room. My question is, where was the issue?? The resort check in time is 3:00 pm, and check out time 12:00 pm. For reasons I’ve never understood, why is it never 24 hours, or, at least 23? Anyway. So if a previous occupant checks out at 12:00 pm, does it take 2 hours or 3 for them to clean the room? Even if someone checks out late, there is still ample time and ample staff at the resort to perform the same. So either they shouldn’t confirm or if they do, after checking both the Marriott Bonvoy member ID and reservation number, they should make sure the room is available. Such errors are not acceptable from a 5 star property. And it’s a beautiful property. Why tarnish that?

Not only he helped in finding my lost wallet in such a big property but also arranged delivery till Gurgaon which is close to my house. I would like to appreciate his extended efforts and honesty. Looking forward to visit again.

This is a super amazing highly well maintained property surrounded by lush greenery, exotic variety of birds and just immense peace. A real feel good place especially for people staying in Delhi- NCR this is absolute heaven. Our experience was extremely nice right from food, activities, pool activity. The only spoil sort was the checkout experience. The person at the reception was rude and not ready to cooperate. When we did our reservation through the Westin central reservation there were certain things included in the package which was mentioned to me on the phone as well however when checking out, this person said it’s not mentioned in the package and hence he won’t be able to give us all this discounts. I insisted a lot and he was adamant and his tone was just very putting off. He finally give us some discount but not what was promised to us by central reservation. I would request the hotel to ensure that their checkin and check out staff is traveller friendly and always ready to cooperate. This makes a huge difference especially in hotel industry which is completely service oriented. Very minor things can spoil the whole experience.

While, I have loved everything about Westin sohna up until our last visit. 1. It started from the moment we checked in - we were given a very dirty cottage which had been shut for a couple of days (As per the staff) and had the most horrible smell with curtains which became almost grey because it hadn't been washed or dry cleaned in a really long time. We requested for a change of room which was accepted by the hotel. 2. For both lunch and dinner, we were told that the pizza oven in the restaurant was not working. 3. At the Asian restaurants, the steamer was not working and hence they told us that couldn't give us dimsums. Which when we made a hue and cry about, the request was fullfilled. I don't know how. 4. Lastly and the MOST critical. Westin Sohna has a small playarea where both my boys and my friend's kid were playing post breakfast. While my son was playing he got badly hurt because of a sharp wooden ledge which was not child proofed. My son was in a pool of blood and had to get 10 stitches on his forehead. What's surprising is that none of the senior members from Westin Sohna came forward to meet us or even call later to know the well being of my child. It's ironic that a 6 years old child can get so badly hurt in a playarea which is supposed to have all the necessary safeguards. I am so so disappointed with my last visit. I wouldn't wish to visit it again for sure.

A few trips to this property - and each one was a happy experience. Fairly large sized property with villas as housing units, all fairly big in size - for a family. Each villa is by itself an experience - with luxury written all over. With my stays through summers normally, felt that the lawns could be better maintained.
