Gurugram Unitech Cyber Park的BlueNeck Sec 40

Me and my husband had a horrified experience with CoRooms SanVi Prime Unitech Cyber sector 40 Gurgaon.We are their regular clients and often stay in this hotel. It was recommended by a friend whose guests often stay in this hotel. As guests come through her so they never get confirmation. On Thursday 16th July 2024 my husband called them to reserve a room and on that note they agreed with a room for one night. Booking was for 21st July 2024.When we arrived on that day the guy on reception refused for room. And gave us illogical reasons that he was not on duty when booking was made. He was talking so rudely and arrogantly. At last my husband was agree on their other branch in sector 41 branch where toilet was so dirty and room was not clean. We had so much luggage as next day we were traveling abroad . Later on we came to know that they had some commercial groups booking. Its not suitable for individual because now they take groups. What a terrible experience.

This beautiful hotel has the easiest proximity from any mode of transport including metro, taxi, your own vehicle. Just what you need as a business traveler is available in the hotel within quickest of the time. Comfort and spacious rooms, friendly staff, tasty food. Amazing stay!
