古爾岡鄉村旅館

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. They had bedbugs. The toilet was covered in pee. There was someone’s leftover towel from the previous guest. Also, there was stickers on the wall that shouldn’t have been there.  Ants all over the floor. The water heater was leaking    Every time we changed rooms, it just kept getting worse.   We literally didn’t even sleep there and they still charged me for the night  We got it at 5 o’clock in the morning and checked out at 10. I asked for a refund and they would not accommodate and they charge me for the full three nights even though I did not stay there. They offered to upgrade me and I told him they were crazy. Why would I stay at a place that has bedbugs. Who cares if you’re changing the room   Also, when I ask for new towels, they gave me wet towels  please see the pictures  We were bitten by bugs and they don’t even care.

I asked twice during dining if I will be charged for the food the attendant said no. Then after handing in my keys to leave and I sat and waited for my Uber they watched me waited and upon arrival of my uber suddenly a bill came. The location of the hotel is also a bit inconvenient to shopping areas. Make sure you get everything delivered to you while you stay there.

Lovely overnight stay It was clean and comfortable and good place to rest. They have a restaurant in the hotel that does limited a la carte and food was well cooked. The only drawback is the traffic and distance from airport. It is off the center of Gurgaon in Sector 50. Pictures of the place are true to what is shown on *******

Value for money The hotel did not accept international credit card, so that was a dampener as I had to look for an ATM to draw cash. The staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean too.

Perfect place for Biz stays.. Staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. In-house resturant food is delicious

So clean & beautiful & very convenient location excess to take transportation. Our hot water for shower was not available but they took care of it right away .
