Good location, terrible hygene and cleanliness, poor service. In my room lights in the bathroom were designed to always be turned on - the receptionist said that it's required by law. That's a big fat lie, but okay. Main problem was the cleanliness and lack of hygene besides that I couldn't sleep well when light was turned on in the bathroom.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt – einfach perfekt! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Hilton zu übernachten, und es war eine fantastische Erfahrung! Schon beim Betreten des Hotels spürt *** die warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hat alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Zimmer war wunderschön: hell, modern und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und hat den Aufenthalt noch spezieller gemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück – eine große Auswahl an frischen und köstlichen Speisen, die den Tag perfekt starteten. Pooja und Muskan machten alles, dass wir uns als Diamond Member gut gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir sehen uns wieder in 2 Tagen! Können es kaum erwarten wieder zu euch zu kommen. Ein tolles, modernes neues Hotel. Klasse Zimmer, toller Service von der Rezeption, ueber Executive Lounge, Tayles und Kitchen Craft. Ein besonderes highlight sind die alten Olivenbaeume in der Lobby. Komme gerne wieder! Danke an das ganze Team fuer einen klasse Aufenthalt.

J’ai passé un séjour extraordinaire dans cet Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre. Personnel aux petits soins, un accueil chaleureux, une chambre luxueuse avec un balcon . J’ai eu un surclassement dans une belle chambre .Le personnel dans le Restaurant et au petit déjeuner a été très agréable et professionnel. Super ambiance au petit déjeuner avec un service au top. J’ai passé un excellent moment en profitant de plusieurs choix de nourriture et d’apéritifs. J’y retournerai prochainement.

I loved my time here. I had many attentive staff members including Divyanshu who always made sure my every needs were met. The food was excellent. The room was super comfortable and each day the staff repeatedly checked on me to pamper and make sure I had everything I needed

The Hilton Hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, (Shubham and Sanjana)the staff's warm hospitality and exceptional service made us feel right at home. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, making our stay truly unforgettable. We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's amenities and services, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. If you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, I would highly recommend the Hilton Hotel. We can't wait to come back.
