訪訪客用戶My stay was very pleasant. The amenities were generally good with a few hiccups like forgetting towels. Very clean & well maintained. Food in zaika was top class. Service was quick and friendly. I will 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

訪訪客用戶The hotel is centrally located, the rooms were clean and welcoming. The staff are courteous and provide good service. The hotel has restaurants - veg and non veg separate in the same premises. Quality of service and rooms overall is good. Only thing i thought of requiring more attention is some linen provided seemed really old which can be avoided. The shower screen may need some attention.

訪訪客用戶The hotel is located in a nice area. The hotel ambience is good. The room that we stayed in is good. Hotel staff are helpful. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. Breakfast was simple and good. Lunch leaves room for improvement. Overall, a very good place to stay.

訪訪客用戶Location of the hotel is accessible. Receptionist and other staff were very much cooperative with us. Not only the receptionist, staff for providing breakfast, dinner, tea and snacks were all responded in time and provided as per our order. Coming to the breakfast/ tea & snacks/ dinner were all delicious.
