Отличные, абсолютно удобные апартаменты. Просторные и спальня и гостиная, отдельная гардеробная комната, хорошо оснащенная кухня, при необходимости можно получить дополнительную посуду . Чистота идеальная, бассейн в прекрасном состоянии и практически свободный. Здесь же в ресторане брали ужины, завтракали в номере. Рядом ларек с вкуснейшим хлебом и разным алкоголем. Вечерами на такси в центр - слушать живую музыку и гулять вдоль причала . Цена такси 120 лир (примерно). Купаться с детьми лучше в Битез. Мы три раза брали экскурсии вокруг островов на небольшой яхте, цена 20 евро с человека, четыре остановки для купания в кристально чистых бухтах, отвозят к причалу и обратно прямо от отеля, билеты продают рядом ( две точки). При этом еще и ланч включен (напитки за отдельную плату), настоятельно рекомендую (валяясь на пляже истратите больше). Персонал и говорит и понимает по английски. В последний день сдали номер, оставили сумки на ресепшен, уплыли на яхте, вернулись в 17.00, поужинали в ресторане и в 19.00 в аэропорт. Спасибо парням на ресепшен! Рекомендую молодым и бодрым !

Nice hotel, right on the main ***** of restaurants the royal as u enter mavvi is a high quality eatary . Most hotel staff were pleasent, If your staying for breakfast becareful when u order drinks as you have to pay for them u only get a hot drink & water with breakfast I also advise dont run up a bar or food tab pay as you go otherwise u could be paying for what u havnt had i witnessed this with other hotel guests on checkout. Overall this hotel was good & i recommend it , we booked again for aug 2024 whilst we were here through tui , unfortunately we had our holiday recently cancelled as tui pulled the hotel from there summer 2024 programme which is a shame, Happy holidays @ time to smile mavvi For my family we enjoyed it alot.

Really nice hotel! Good points Pool was nice & small Had double wooden sunbeds these were fab Our room had a walk in wardrobe which just kept everything neat. Room was spacious although small balcony On menu food was nice good options. Resort was quiet with the option of walking to the nightlife if you fancied this. Not so good Pool music was so loud and the same vibe all day. Had to get up early to reserve beds Breakfast was Turkish - salads olives bread - you could pay for extra. Towels changed very 3 days. Overall good holiday they just need to stop trying to be an 18-30’s hotel & focus on good points they have !!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks from 25th Aug to 8th Sept 2022 family of 3 with a 15 yr old son. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived in the early hours. the bedding was missing for my son's sofa bed but they quickly sent for bedding. the fridge had not been completely cleaned out and food was still in there but not a problem. The pool was a lovely size and no sunbed wars anywhere we stayed on the sunbeds on the terrace which was lovely. Rooms were cleaned every other day and we had no problems with the cleaning. The electricity went in our room (305) and it was sorted out within 10mins. Air con in both rooms and a lovely walk s in wardrobe. The balcony overlooked the pool and we sat out there most nights. Bathroom shower was very powerful it was lovely. Pool bar/restaurant was decent really tasty food and well priced. All the staff were so friendly and happy to chat. We didn't have breakfast there as we were self catering but ate lunch there most days. We put a tab on our room so it is best to ask reception how much it is throughout your stay we spent roughly 200 gbp in 2 weeks weeks on food and drinks which is really good but the exchange rate was also very good! Location is great away from Bar street but some lovely restaurants. We highly recommend Lovely Jubblys for the Kebabs and so cheap. and if you want high end then get a cab to Bombay Cottage best curry around! Apart from that no other restaurants really stood out as they all do the same food I wish they stuck to one country and do it well. we tried to eat in a different place each night. Divers Cove was also pretty decent. Bars we tried so many bars but loved the quieter ones. my son loved Dejavuu! Shopping we did shop but been to Turkey many times so knew the haggling process so don't be intimidated. We would stay here again there is nothing negative to say about this hotel. Gumbet is for the young at heart so maybe we will come once the summer season has peaked.

We stayed at this hotel due the good reviews. The hotel looked amazing on first impressions. The rooms are modern and pool area is nice, however, rooms are not cleaned to a high standard which lets the hotel down. The main issues of our stay was being excused of not paying our bills. During your stay the hotel let’s you pay for things when you leave. You are asked to sign for things after you order them. However, we wanted to pay as we go along so we didn’t get a big bill at the end. However, on the last couple of days we didn’t do this. When we went to pay at reception and they stated that we had only paid for one bill over two weeks, which was around 250 lira, however, this was a lie. We requested to see the manager and for CCTV to be checked. They all told us we was lying which was really upsetting. We admitted we had a couple of bills to pay but not five other bills which we had already paid for. The guy we paid the money to lied and said he could not remember us paying. This guy had attitude the whole holiday and was rude. He also put us into a dodgy taxi So be careful when asking for one. The manager checked CCTV and after some time he found us paying ! The manager said the the guy had put our bill on to the wrong room. The hotel did apologise however, they initially told us we was lying. They also did not offer anything complementary which you would expect after being excused. They did offer complementary drinks but this was after the TUI rep raised it as an issue. If you pay with cash please get a receipt or write down when you paid to avoid the same issue we had. If we didn’t have this issue we would have rated our stay average/good. The rest of the staff were nice but I would say they need more experience. Communication was an issue. Also, when we first arrived we was waiting for drinks for over 30 minutes even when it was not busy. We spoke to other families who said they had a good experience so our experience is different to others.

Had 2 weeks here and the accommodation was great , staff were excellent from night staff and day staff, would help with any problems. Very friendly, food very good and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
