Very poorly not hijien the rooms and towel get change every 3 day and ask the staff to change them they get angry drinks very limited in the bar soo they said all inclusive to whom thinking to come room service very pour unexperienced managers staff Pour food Rude staff even I am in the queue asking for a slice of lemon 🍋 said no lemon while just serve the costomer drinks with lemon and the whole lemon its sitting infront of me he looked at me and said to me I have to serve another guest while I am next in the queue. No bottled water s have to pay extra.no mini bar in the room there are fridge no drinks.qe have to buy our own drinks.baes shuts early. Not enough cutlery have to plastic cutlery Rooms very basic considering 5 star Hotel People keep putting your reviews till its get to turizm ministry they should be serving in this hotel like that put very bed name on bodrum world wide known famous turist destination Its run buy jolly tour because we are not happy they tried to get us out the hotel.evwn we have told the company that we don't paying extra move us to somewhere else they told us to move from the rooms.then they will sort the rooms out for us.every day each time I pass the reception couple or family make complaint we couldn't move out because couldn't find another place to stay. The reps can't look at us in the eye.because we aren't the only one who making complain.this hotel need to shut down and refurbishment as not good for high prices in bodrum ....hope its useful info for people who is coming to stay here There lots to say and no health and safety at all...its suppose to be garden as well full of ciggs all over. Electric socket not working.any one coming to stay make sure ask for balcony or no where u could hang close or window. This is one off No ventilation in the toilette not working.this is from my window to another corridor to other rooms instead of balcony

This hotel is a total SCAM! DO NOT book this hotel. You will be extremely disappointed. Booked this hotel and the pictures that were sold to me are NOT what they offer. We were given 1 out of 2 rooms after waiting an hour after arrival. The room was extremely low poor quality. It smelled like mold, had exposed wires in the shower and looked filthy dirty. Went back to reception and requested the same room shown in the picture we reserved or better. We were advised to go have lunch and by the time we came back our rooms would be ready. We went back 2 hours later and to our disappointment the rooms they set aside for us were in the same or worst condition. Upset, tired and shocked we went back once again to reception and they showed us 2 more rooms which were STILL in terrible shape. As we were asking for a cancellation more hotel guests were speaking out and yelling in the lobby. Apparently we were not the only disappointed guests. There was a fight in the lobby, it was definitely not an experience we want to experience during vacation. Some of the things we saw were exposed wires in the shower, feces on the floor, 8th floor broken window without lock/opened and exposed (I have a child), dirty towels in the bathroom, stool marks in toilet, stains on the wall, spider webs In the hallway on the way to the room, trash and filth debri on the bed and chair, room that wreaked of cigarette smoking, fight in the lobby from very angry guests. The staff are rude, unwelcoming and unwilling to help. We walked out of the hotel after 5 hours after arrival after all witnessed and no rooms that were safe and met standard expectation for our vacation. They did not work with us for refund and we are now having to dispute this scam. I will Share some of the things I was able to capture.

When you book a ‘royal room’ on the 5th floor forget your sleep, especially after they organized a dinner for people from outside. Sounds in your room similar as they are demolishing the hotel, as the 5th floor is below the restaurant/pool area. (Demolishing sounds start at 6 in the morning till 1 at nights, 5 hours sleep max possible. starts at 6 in the morning when they start to move the chairs and tables for breakfast, means very limited sleeptime throughout my holiday. Bathroom too old, housekeeping forgot water, tea/coffee cups, no toiletpaper etc… overall, max 2 or 3 stars. Staff wonderful, beach similar as gumbet disco, food average. Location wonderful, far from gumbet centre (=far from the disco noise) beautiful sea view from the hotel restaurant, best Spa I have ever been

Great things: staff, see view from the hotel, the Spa I would give a 10 out of 10, best I have ever been. When you care about sleep, don’t boom a royal sea view room, they are below the restaurant/pool area which wakes you up at 6, thinking the worst thunderstorm ever started (those are the more expensive rooms on 5th floor) beautiful view though, good bed and spacious room, bathroom, 1 star max, + is the shower gives unlimited good warm water. Breakfast self service, food ok, not excellent, similar for dinner. Location brilliant, outside the business and disco’s of gumbet, close to bitez beach (full of restaurants, nice little boulevard) taxi 3 €, to bodrum, just 4€ Beach, Music way too loud for me, more than enough sunbeds available. Pool wonderful, warm and spacious enough for a swim. (Like most all-inclusives in turkey, horrible wine :-(… ) price/quality as expected. The hotel is pretty cheap. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but would doubt to book again. Big applause for the staff, and people who visit the hotel are all nice and friendly, haven’t seen any rude drunk tourists which is pretty rare for an all-inclusive in turkey ;-)

Otel çok güzel. Yemekler harika. Havuz yeterli. Odalar idare eder, temizlik kötü… Ödediğimiz paraya göre aldığımız hizmet mükemmel… Yorumlarda, acımasız eleştiriler gördüm ancak otele ödenilen paraya Bodrum’da çadır vermezler adama… Temizlik iyi değil ve özellikle en alttaki odalar kötü ancak verilen diğer hizmetlerin kalitesi müthiş… İki kat para ödeyip ultra herşey dahil diye gittiğimiz başka bir otelde almadığımız hizmeti bu otelde aldık. Türk kahvesi ücretsiz, yemekler ekstra iyi, içecekler kaliteli, havuz ***et temiz ve güzel, animasyon yok, çocuklarla ilgileniyorlar. Sonuç olarak, ödediğim paranın her kuruşu helal olsun. Çok uygun fiyata harika bir tatil yaptık… Oda temizliğine daha özen gösterilse ve otel biraz yenilense sınıf atlar…

A FUIR!! Les chambres sont sales, elles sentent la cigarette, le personnel autorise à fumer dans les chambres et l’odeur est insupportable. Les dames de la réception sont désagréables! De +, lorsqu’on est arrivé, la personne nous a installée dans la mauvaise chambre et nous ont dit une heure plus tard de vite quitter la chambre sur un ton très désagréable. L’hôtel n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles mais de 2. La nourriture n’est pas du tout bonne. Très déçu!
