穆塞爾堡愛丁堡A1普瑞米爾客棧(Premier Inn Edinburgh A1 (Musselburgh))

Avoid we went as a group to watch our children dance at a local competition... the hotel was not prepared for our arrival 45 mins check in the food was terrible the restaurant staff was very rude i myself and a few others came down with food poisioning but again fobbed off avoid this hotel photo shows dirty tabkes just left for over 30 mins

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The only issue was the poor lighting on approach to entrance and in and around the onsite restaurant as the sign was not visible from the road or from the car park I would be more than happy to book again as we enjoyed our stay and the hotel was a nice base for our trip.

The hotel was fine, just what you would expect from a Premier Inn. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the same could not be said about the attached restaurant (Brewers Fayre) which was awful. Once you are shown to a table you have to queue up at the till to order your food and drink. This took 20 minutes and there were only two people in front of me. If you want a second drink of to order a pudding you have to queue up again for another 20 minutes. No Thank you.

I stayed here whilst working in the area for two nights, albeit working nightshift so sleeping during the day. I added this in to my reservation and it was acknowledged by staff on checking in. However, I was allocated a room next to the staff housekeeping station on the second floor. I complained that a lot of noise was made in this room (shouting, doors/drawers banged shut) and it disrupted my sleep which was taken on board by staff but unfortunately it didn’t stop and continued the next day. I have written to Premier Inn to enquire about the “Good Night Guarantee” and have been fobbed off.

Lovely hotel greeted by a lovely lady on check in, we ordered food it was also Lovely, we were Tried from travelling so we took a drink to our room the room was perfect and we had a perfect nights sleep, we packed up and had a very nice breakfast before leaving the hotel.

Hotel was good, the room was clean - you need to request it! Internet was a joke - 1mb/s.. Netflix does not load. Breakfast was ok, but it need one more toaster.. it takes ages when it’s busy. Location was good if you need a quiet place!

All ok apart from a freezing room and I really wouldn’t eat the breakfast they provide. I was questioned about paying which I did on check in, I proved this through internet banking and the food must have been stood for an hour parts of it were freezing whilst the other bits were like plastic

Love Premier Inns and always use them when we travel for business, as you know what you're getting and when you're working it's important to get a good nights sleep. This is the cream of the crop of Premier Inns. Delightful staff from start to finish. The breakfast ladies were a joy and clearly all the staff enjoy working there, as they were all happy :-) Nothing was a problem and we stayed for three nights. Breakfast was super fresh and delicious.
