If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve worked in the service industry my entire life and I’ve never witnessed careless management of this magnitude. We rented one of the tiny homes on the property. Upon arrival that early afternoon, the temperature was 78, and our 2 kids were to sleep in the loft. At 8:30pm the temp was 77. We contacted management and were told that someone would bring a portable unit first thing in the morning. How exciting! My first night of vacation was spent at Walmart to buy box fans so our children weren’t sleeping in absurd conditions. Additionally, the AC in the bedroom was leaking through the ceiling all over my belongings, the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way or lock, and the master bedroom had no door. So if you’d like any form of privacy, book elsewhere. We reported the bathroom door and leaking AC in the bedroom but niether were ever acknowledged or addressed. The next morning we left for SEVERAL hours. When we got back later that afternoon, the AC guys pulled in just behind us. The temp was still 77/78, no portable ac was brought, and we just sat there as they looked at the units. The AC worker literally looked at us and said, “it’s just hot outside” as he shrugged his shoulders. Then the “manager,” Michael, walked in to tell us that the thermostat isn’t correct and we can deal with the heat or we can leave, offering us a full refund if we decided to go. I was in shock because I couldn’t believe that someone in charge would EVER be so nonchalant about the obvious problem with the air, and the position he was putting us in. I also took it as a blessing because I want no part of an establishment that treats guest so poorly. So instead of bringing our kids to Owa and lunch, I had to quickly find a new place to rent and immediately pack our things asap. When asked for the full refund to be put in writing, Michael refused. Furthermore, he later refused to give us a full refund and lied to air B&B about us being rude to staff and the ac workers (whom we said ZERO words to). Luckily, all communication with staff was via text message and was uploaded to our complaint. The most ironic part about all of this is my finance has worked in the HVAC industry for almost 30years. This is his wheelhouse, and have someone try to disregard our valid concerns about the temperature and making NO ATTEMPT to rectify the issue was insulting. We kept my finance’s profession to ourselves because it shouldn’t matter if you know that the manager is less versed than you about the issue. What matters is that they listen and try to accommodate their guest. If you want a pathetic excuse for customer service, then look no further! Ask for Michael. He will not disappoint!!!

Convenient and stylish Such a cute idea and place. It was nice and a change up from your normal hotel stays… it’s quiet, everyone is super friendly. Convenient to soccer complex, shopping, and the Wharf.. We will DEFINITELY stay here again in the future

Very relaxing and quiet. Heated pool was awesome.

We have been coming here with our 5th wheel for 6 years. We also have friends that stay in the tiny houses during this time. We all love this resort! The people are great and very helpful!! The pool and clubhouse are both wonderful to use. We will be back next year!!

Likes the space and enjoyed that the tiny house I rented was a great space for 1 traveler. Everyone was friendly and the house was clean. 2 areas of growth: 1) bath towels were super small 2) A/C in the bedroom was super load!!

We stayed here for the first time last week! We stayed In the seabreeze tiny home :) this place was super clean and we had so much fun. Staff is very friendly and the rv park is quiet at night. Definitely plan on staying here again :)
