“You won’t find another place like this” The Fairpoint house is in an amazing quiet neighborhood with beautiful large trees, great paths for walking or taking a bike ride. You will love that you are just minutes to parks, the boat landing, Pensacola beach and our beautiful historical downtown Pensacola. After a fun day out, you can enjoy a private large home to call your own during your sunny Florida stay! The kitchen has all major appliances, great seating to have dinner or some wine and laughs while preparing some of our Florida favorites. After dinner you will love the great screened in patio room to kick back and relax.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 20.
