Went yesterday for a carvery and was very impressed. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff were very attentive and couldn't do more for you. It was all outstanding. After dinner we sat outside with some drinks and the kids played in the park for a while. I had to leave a review as loved it. We will definitely be coming back xx

What a wonderful find! Excellent accommodation, delicious food and wonderful staff. Mr Hussain and staff went out of their way to welcome me and had everything so well organised. Really looking forward to the next 2 nights at the Fox and Hounds

We have just come back from staying at the fox and hound pub in guisborough I can't be more pleased the accommodation was great and from management to staff were all professional and extremely friendly felt right at home and were always asking if you were OK and nothing was to much they made the stay very pleasant. The accomodation isn't far from saltburn or whitby even heartbeat country I recommend the fox and hounds guisborough as a great place to stay and a great short distance from seaside locations thank-you for providing an excellent stay .

Having an amazing, much needed break away. The room is spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, and we have everything we need with generous toiletries and tea tray. Had a meal in the restaurant tonight and it was 10/10. Linguine was amazing! What tops off this wonderful find are the staff, we couldn't have felt more welcomed and looked after. A huge thank you to Ian for looking after us. An amazing location for Cleveland way, whitby, Runswick bay, and north yorks railway. Very peaceful place. Will definitely be back!

Little gem
A truely lovely pitstop. I was made to feel really welcome from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Only slight downside was there was no phone signal and the wifi was sketchy, but absolutely perfect to get away from it all. Located in a beautiful area for walking/running/cycling

4 of us ate here and were very impressed. Service was very good, very friendly polite staff. Food was ample and very tasty. Vegan burger was homemade and very good, ideal if you are a vegetarian who doesn't like meat. The owner came to chat to us and sent me away with a traditional mix of Indian spices. Would recommend

Great Place
Low season so place was almost empty which is a shame. I had a brilliant stay, room was spotlessly clean and very roomy and comfy. Very cosy.
Smashing meal (recommend the curries), nice chat with Abi the owner, smashing chap, nothing too much trouble, same for the staff.
I’ll be staying again, highly recommended and wonderful value for money.
Oh and don’t pay for parking like I did, it’s free!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful the room was spotless , tea and coffee facilities in the room ,plus TV my husband is disabled , they did everything to make him comfortable . The dining menu had a good choice. We had a good breakfast before we left . Our stay was for one night . Thankyou to all the staff. I would recommend this hotel .
