「The separate cabin was cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. I had a couple of issues though. I attempted to confirm our reservations two days before our arrival, but phone messages and emails went unanswered until the day before our arrival. In that the inn is located in a remote area, I had to make contingency reservations at another hotel, which I cancelled after my reservation with the Bush Inn was finally confirmed. The loft sleeping area is unsafe to access by ladder. Elderly and overweight adults and children are apt to fall using that ladder. The shower curtain feels as if I am inside a plastic bag. Nightly train whistles are annoying and sleep disruptive. I'm surprised Index residents haven't taken action to curtail them.」
