Fairfield Inn & Suites Guelph

Everything was very good except, there was no housekeeping done on our second day. We were not aware that this must be requested at check in. I have never experienced this situation at anytime, no matter where I have travelled, Internationally, nationally or locally. We had to request towels etc from housekeeping as everyone had showered before the competitions. Please change this policy back to a normal hotel situation, it could raise your standards considerably. Thank you. Sincerely, A. Striker

Marriot Delivers! Another good stay at this hotel. Conner was great at the front desk. Had us checked in and in our room in no time. Took my son and his buddy. They had a great time in the pool and on the slide and are already asking to go back.

Honest review The front desk was not manned by personnel most of the time, they would be in the back office and I had to call out to try and get service and check in. Kitchen was not outfitted with any items, including utensils, dish ware, simply empty cupboards. Breakfast was adequate but not good. Did enjoy the hot tub and gym.

Room 414 was upsetting in that it didn’t have full curtains and the white thin curtain had holes in it. The second concern was the lack of sound proofing from next room. They were not yelling or fighting but you could hear the conversation et al. Some work needed in washroom shower adjusting lower jets and lack of suffice t pressure from upper jet. Thanks

Excellent stay!! Great stay with amazing staff. Room was very clean. Took my boy for a mini vacation overnight. He had a blast going down the slide at the pool. Gym was very good, breakfast was good. We will be back!!
