I’ve been in a few hotels but I have to say that this is just breath taking. Starting with the staff to all the amenities the hotel has like jet skies, pádel boards, boats, a private beach, indoor jacuzzi, etc etc I was just extremely happy with my stay. I will definitely stay there again and I totally recommend this hotel.

excelente solo falta un detalle menor. Es un hotel excelete, comodo, limpio, con mucha amenidades a buen precio. el detalle del transporte es muy bueno con los motocarros en el hotel. amabilidad total y de los mejores desayunos que he tenido en hoteles. Los paisajes excelentes, caminar por el hotel es fabuloso. Unico detalle que deben revisar es mas opciones de alimentos para niños.

La propiedad es súper hermosa, la vista todo es realmente hermoso, deben trabajar un poco más en la atención a los clientes es un poco mala, y la comunicación también, el vip te dicen q es rentado por 600,000 pesos colombianos a consumir todo, cuando habían otras personas q no consumían eso y se iban rápido, no se hay que pensar más en los clientes en hacerlos sentir cómodos para que la estancia sea perfecta

Este sería un hotel que definitivamente repetiría en el futuro solo cambiaría que me aseguraría de quedarme más tiempo porque un solo día no es suficiente para disfrutar este magnífico lugar. Sus vistas, la paz, el servicio, la comida, las instalaciones, hacen que cada segundo sea especial. Altamente recomendado.

Staying at this property is pretty much like staying by yourself. The customer service is terrible. The food at the restaurant takes a very, very long time before you ever served. Nobody checks on you at the tables. The general demeanor of the staff at the front reception is not very friendly or accommodating. I am a very understanding person and very rarely will leave negative comments but I feel other people should be warned about this location. Not worth the price. You’re paying to the views not the service. At that price point the service should be amazing since those views can be found in other properties.
