House with two floors, distributed as follows: NOTE: WATER CONSUMPTION AND LIGHT OF THE PERIOD WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY. 1st Floor: Balcony, living and dining rooms, toilet, a suite, kitchen, utility room, service area, full employee dependence and covered garage for two cars. 2nd Floor: Mezzanine, four suites and a toilet. All suites have air conditioning and closets. A suite on the upper floor has two beds type box, with auxiliary beds; the others are equipped with a double bed. The balconies are a pool table, a foosball table, tables, foosball. Has a channel point closed with Brazilian Championship A and B and UFC. Wi-fi is available 24 hours. Outside, gardens, swimming pool and a gazebo with barbecue (with rotating skewers), a toilet, closet and a brewery. The house is located approximately 200m from the beach in gated community with recreational facilities (adult and children's soccer field, sports court, court for Beach Volleyball, two tennis courts, parks with jogging path, equipment for physical activity and playground ), 24 hour security and other amenities. The condo provides direct access to the beach, with a boardwalk for pedestrians and cyclists by the sea.
