Tout depuis la vue du château, en arrivant à Gstaad, la convivialité de l’accueil, la rapidité et la simplicité du checkin, le confort des chambres, la nourriture délicieuse, avec un service rapide, un spa, luxueux et partout un personnel, serviable, efficace et rapide. Cet hôtel m’a rappelé ceux de mon enfance, d’avant, 1970.

Une maison exceptionnelle dont le personnel, à tous les niveaux, est absolument remarquable. Ils sont l'âme de ce lieu parfait. C’est une merveilleuse destination à tous les égards. À recommander chaleureusement à ceux qui cherchent douceur, perfection et bienveillance. Bravo à eux tous !

One of the best winter / Christmas celebration we have had! Charming hotel, friendly staff and excellent f&b, especially on Christmas Eve. If we have any regret, it would be the dress code at the restaurant was not observed by some guests. It was a little unpleasant to see guests going in the restaurant with the same T-shirt and shorts in slippers in the morning. I lost my appetite two days in a row.

Every detail, from the sumptuous bed linens to the modern amenities, would be a testament to a rare attention to detail (tote bag, home made chocolates) .The impeccable cleanliness and refined atmosphere contributed to a setting of absolute relaxation. The hotel facilities are breathtaking. The spa is a true sanctuary of well-being, offering exceptional sun deck in a soothing setting. The indoor and outdoor pools are also magnificent, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the spectacular views. The restaurants at the Gstaad Palace also deserve a special mention. The quality of the dishes, the refinement of the flavors and the impeccable presentation made each meal a memorable culinary experience. The staff is attentive, with a special attention that makes each moment unique even at breakfast. The terrace bar is also to be mentioned. In short, the Gstaad Palace is much more than just a hotel; it is a destination in itself, where one feels pampered and privileged. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for luxury, comfort and impeccable service. It is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have had the opportunity to visit. A stay here is a promise of unforgettable memories.
