從來沒住過這樣的垃圾酒店！店方明知熱水系統壞了卻不告知我們，導致我們晚上在接近零度氣温下沒熱水洗澡；床套發臭！是前幾任房客用過根本沒更換；沒電梯需要搬運行李到2-3樓，想前台印度人幫你抬，他就還站在那裡索要小費；酒店是印度人開的印度人在前台，不但晚上前台根本沒人，而且各種衞生條件差到離譜！

印度人開的酒店，簡單標準的早餐，距離草帽山3.5km

小鎮上很不錯的飯店，設施很漂亮，早餐也很好。地理位置優越，非常適合夜間散步觀賞北極光。

一切都很好，除了沒有電梯。房間位於二樓。提行李有點困難，上山的路很窄。

I stayed in the hotel on 4 August. Room 101. While I understand your hotel is only basic and yes it is clean & functional. However, a few things they could improve: 1. There is tea bags & coffee BUT no milk or coffee whitener and no spoon or stick for stirring sugar. Only small things but don’t cost much . 2. NO SOAP - there was no soap in the squeeze container on the wall on the shower - so I got out and went to the wash basin and got just 2 drops out before it became empty. Not happy about that. These things are easy to fix & not expensive. Yes it’s not a fancy hotel but looking after the basics might change my rating from 2 star to 3 star . This visit - I can only give it a 2 star rating & disappointed with my room.

Camera molto ampia e luminosa (ben oscurabile), ben riscaldata, con letto comodo, pulita. Bagno ampio, pulito. Colazione buona. Rapporto qualità prezzo inferiore rispetto alle altre strutture da noi visitate in Islanda. Può migliorare.

Siamo stati qui due notti, purtroppo all’arrivo ci hanno assegnato ( check-in automatico) una camera al primo piano (senza ascensore) e con gocciolio della doccia che produceva un rumore martellante insopportabile. Telefonando al numero della reception è arrivato un ragazzo indiano molto disponibile e dopo qualche insistenza siamo riusciti a cambiare la camera, questa volta al secondo piano (sempre senza ascensore). La vista, anche se guardando lateralmente si vedono le montagne, è rovinata dalle strutture dell’antistante fabbrica di trasformazione del pesce. Parcheggio gratuito in strada, camere essenziali con qualche dettaglio un po’ trascurato da migliorare, colazione nella norma.

It is a low-end budget hotel. The room was small and with noise from the street. The sun affected the room, due this the room was hot (no aircondition to cool down the room ). No elevator to the upstairs rooms and be aware the climbing stairs then can be an issue e.g to carry heavy luggage The staff were very friendly and helpful - the breakfast was general as other hotels in Iceland

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit eclectic. The owner has various interests. There were photos of Neil Armstrong on the walls, because Neil Armstrong was there when training to walk on the moon and his family has been back for reunions. The astronauts used this specific location to train because there is an area near there that resembles what they would find on the moon, and if you drive around there you will see for yourself. Great area to roam around or just sit and enjoy the views. I went in June and the weather was cool but pleasant.
