Facility presented well at first, but went downhill following my room assignment. Then, spent the remainder of my stay trying to get my room concerns addressed. Finally, at the end of my trip had to dispute (w/ unhelpful ignorant Excursions staff). Resulting in me missing my flight and paying extra transportation cost Overall, I wasn’t happy and regret staying here. I lost moments I’ll never get back.

Our room had ants, AC didn’t work, restaurants were hot and the food wasn’t great. Staff wasn’t friendly and the property allowed locals on to the property who try to sell us stuff everyday, and there were some local women who came on to the beach and took their bathing suit tops off in front of my young daughter. We were not happy with the resort for the amount of money we paid for the resort! Would NOT recommend!

Broken lift, shortage of staff, staff attitude is very bad, no any extra activities in the property. Same menu everyday. We like Zen and hunter steakhouse , Lounge cafe is good.

The property is not a 5 star, it is maybe a 2. For a hotel that is only 6 years old it has deteriorated quickly. The reason for this is the lack of maintenance and poor workmanship. E.g: phone with no handset, patio doors that don't lock, mold in room, damp smell in room, elevator stopping between floors, cracks in lobby ceiling and in the rooms, dirty escalator with missing pieces, paint splatter everywhere on floor tiles, wall tiles, wood, broken door frame, missing room access sensor cover, staff that knock then immediately open the door without your invitation, 1 old van for guest services transport, the list is too long to continue.

Cons: Horrible Front Desk Managment! Not friendly, unaccommodating, not eager to please and never does what they say they will do. Dania should be fired. Not once did she smile or try to please us. Swim out rooms smell like mildew, very damp inside and all our clothes were hanging wet. Mosquities everywhere. Not enough good entertainment. Canceled the beach party for a weding of 20. We all had to suffer for 20 people. Pros: Beautiful property, semi-nice staff, excellent band on Sunday. Great pool party.

The room are very dated room smells like mold it’s not a five star hotel more like 3 star hotel.some of The staff are very helpful while others clearly don’t want to be there especially the ones at the breakfast restaurant they just terrible

The restaurant food was subpar. No quality, the restaurants where under staffed so we waited half an hour for courses to arrive. We ordered a lobster and it came out 45 min later. The chef apologized. But that is not acceptable.

If you are thinking about booking this resort. PLEASE DO. First- I wanna shine a light on a couple of folks, FABIAN, TRAVIS, GARIE & SHEVRON! These are some of the most amazing staff members on the resort. I stayed here for my birthday and it was amazing! The resort is really a dream. The Diamond club perks were truly nothing less than princess treatment. If you book the Diamond club, ask Garie to make you a B52 shot!! Whew. My trip was everything I expected it to be. Don’t get a rental car. Enjoy the luxury of a local hitting those sharp turns for you. Step off the resort and go to the street party on Friday night. This place is a 10/10. You will not be disappointed. Ohhh I forgot to mention the **** chicken. My GOD. Wow.

Terrible food, very loud music from three different places making sleeping for our kids impossible. Staff extremely grumpy and unfriendly.
