L’hôtel est moderne et très propre. La plage est belle mais dommage qu’il y a des algues et donc gâche la baignade et la vue. Les photos sont conformes à la description. Le buffet est bon mais ça manque de renouveau. Sinon ras dans l’ensemble.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royalton in Saint Lucia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. The location was absolutely stunning—breathtaking views of the ocean, lush tropical surroundings, and the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a private swim up pool that provided the most incredible sunsets.

Don’t stay here!!!!! They will charge your card that’s supposed to be a $200 deposit when it was actually considered a charge!!! The staff at one restaurant told one of my family members to change their attire when other people had the same attire on. Also, if you’re black they do not cater to this significant race we were dismissed on multiple occasions at the bar and etc. The food was horrible our stomach were hurting and we felt nauseous the entire trip. It was not really adult only the kids were everywhere on the resort that was adult only. I saw a lot of kids pick up food and throw it back into the buffet tray. Parents should do a better job of fixing your kids plates. Worst experience ever. Never coming back ever!!!!!

The property was beautiful! The butler’s were amazing and took care of us from the time we arrived to the minute we left. I must say, they are severely understaffed. There was a long wait to check in as well as at the restaurants

Good day, First and foremost, the Royalton Hideaway resort is a total embarrassment for anyone to visit. The all-inclusive resort, intended for adults 21 years and older, shares the same lot as the main Royalton right across the way. There were many children in all parts of the unsuitable resort, which is a clear violation of the adult all-inclusive policy. I highly recommend that the Royalton Hideaway resort in St Lucia be permanently closed! Everyone should avoid this property. It does not live up to the standards of an all-inclusive adult resort at all. From the moment my daughter and I arrived, our annual vacation experience was highly disappointing. After a long flight, all we wanted to do was rest. We arrived at the resort around 7 pm. To our surprise, our room was dirty. There was no toilet paper, a hole in the mattress, eye lashes and hair all over the sheets and pillow cases, the room had a strong mold odor, and no washcloths. When we called to speak with someone at the front desk, there was no answer. We called multiple times. At any resort, when a guest calls the front desk, the staff answers on the first ring. Not here! We had to leave the room and take a filthy, very shaky elevator to the ground floor, where we found a very dark walkway leading to the front desk. As we were walking, another guest commented, "well I guess they did not pay the electricity bill" in which made us feel unsafe to walk throughout the resort's main lobby area.

Okay, I’m not sure where to start. I came for my birthday and it was nightmare. You’re never able to book dinner at the restaurant because it’s always booked or full. They always run out of towels. No one came to my room for days. They would stop and give towels if I asked but they never came to clean, get food from the night before or anything. I won’t be back.
