Thank you for your interest in my apartment.
Grömitz, one of the beautiful Baltic Sea baths, has set off on vacation. And this has been the case for more than 200 years, since Grömitz has already been awarded the title "Seebad" since 1813.
The holiday paradise Grömitz offers sea and more. Start from the long pier into the sea or dive into the underwater world with a dinghy. Not even a nautical mile separates the marina from Grömitz from the golf course.
I offer you a renovated, cozy and attractively furnished well-being apartment.
It is located on the first floor of a small residential unit and has a spacious living / dining room with balcony facing south / west.
Two separate bedrooms are available for a restful sleep.
The new kitchenette is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery.
The apartment can with max. 5 people are inhabited.
I want you to spend a pleasant stay with me, no matter what the season.
The apartment is available all year round.
The house is quiet and yet central.
They have short distances to the diverse shopping possibilities.
The bakery for the fresh breakfast rolls is only a few minutes away.
Likewise, the church street (pedestrian zone) with its interesting and varied shops.
For your car you have your own parking space on our property.
Your bicycles can be safely enclosed in a garage.
A washing machine (coin operated) is available in the basement.

Grömitz is simply class!
Maritim, active and with many design possibilities. The Grömitzer range of activities is enough to offer a lively and lively life on the beach, along the promenade and in the streets to the natural wonders of the steep coast and in the Melerian villages (Klosterdorf Cismar, Lensahn, Grube ....).
My apartments are located near the golf course and the zoo "Noah's Ark".

Schöner Kurzurlaub am Meer
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir waren mit unserem 8 Monate alten Baby dort. Eine Sitzverkleinerung für den Hochstuhl wäre noch praktisch gewesen – diese würden wir beim nächsten Mal einfach selbst mitbringen. Das Reisebett war in einwandfreiem Zustand, allerdings war die Matratze für unser Empfinden etwas weich.Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten eine angenehme Urlaubswoche im Herbst.
Die Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat und ist für Familien mit zwei Kindern super geeignet, Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich in der Dachspitze, und ist durch eine Tür abgetrennt, so dass man vom Wohnzimmer auch eine räumliche Trennung hat.
Für Kleinkinder oder Personen, die Mobilitätseingeschränkt sind, ist die Wohnung wg 2 Treppen meiner Meinung nach, nicht geeignet.
Für uns war sie allerdings perfekt.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, in der Küche sind Backofen,Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt ca 6 Minuten vom Zentrum fußläufig entfernt, Supermärkte sind in kürzerer Entfernung mehrere vorhanden, bis zum Strand läuft man jedoch ca. 12 Minuten, alles aber ohne Auto machbar.
Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Die richtige Wahl
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dieser ruhigen Ferienwohnung, die alles bietet, was man braucht.
Alles war sauber, das bequeme Doppelbett bot erholsamen Schlaf und auch das sonstige Mobiliar war zeitgemäß.
Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Alles in Allem war diese FeWo die richtige Wahl.

Schöne Wohnung
Wir waren zu viert als Familie verreist. Der Strand und die Promenade sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist schön und hochwertig. Sehr warm im Sommer, besonders das Dachgeschoss mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss. Eine Waschmaschine ist im Keller gegen Gebühr, sehr nützlich, unbedingt einige 50 Cent Stücke mitbringen dafür. In der Wohnung ist alles wichtige vorhanden, bis auf ein Föhn. Gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon ist nicht so besonders. Haben den diesen aber auch nicht viel genutzt. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und die Kommunikation war sehr nett und zügig.

Schickes Appartement
Das Appartement besteht aus zwei Etagen.
Der Wohn/Essraum ist komfortabel eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Die Schlafräume haben Türen und sind auf unterschiedlichen Etagen.
Es sind 950m zur Seebrücke, das ist nicht nah dran, aber immer noch ok.
Supermärkte sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Ich würde die Wohnung wieder buchen, war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
